Good location about 10 minute walk from main plaza. Provides breakfast daily from about 5-9am, nice exterior gardens. Hotel can arrange taxi from airport for about $10, which can also be negotiated at airport for about 10-20 soles.

Wi-Fi and hot water can be unreliable

The room was really nice, sunny and ventilated and location is great.

Towels were old — they must have been good in the past, but by now they were rough and frayed — and I think they should be replaced, considering the hotel’s category. The facilities are in need of some maintenance and updating, and the breakfast could offer better quality products (there were plenty of options, but not necessarily good ones)

We had a really comfortable stay here. The ladies at reception helped us a lot with organising transport and leaving our luggage for a few days when we left Cusco. There were lots of options at breakfast. Our bed was comfy and we had a bit of a view from our room. The hotel was close enough to the main part of town that it was easy to duck back in the middle of the day before going back out at night but it was also quiet and away from people hassling you to buy stuff!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was ideally positioned just a short walk to the main square. The breakfast was always fresh and there was a good selection from cereals, fruit, cooked food and a fresh omelette station. There was a lovely garden off the restaurant to sit and relax in.

My only comment it could be a bit noisy when people where getting up early for tours. Not the hotels fault at all. Inconsiderate guests!

Clean hotel with good size rooms and friendly staff. Restaurant food was very good. We received a room upgrade which was lovely with a jacuzzi bath!

We loved the service. Susana was so lovely and helpful and so were all of the staff. Breakfast was always amazing. My partner and I felt safe at Taypikala and when we needed transport arangements into another town staff helped. We would stay at Taypikala again when we return.

Maybe more comfortable pillows if I had to say something but we were able to get extra pillows. Having room service open until a later time would be even more awesome.

Made two bookings, before and after the 4d3n inca hike. East and fast check in at the 24/7 manned lobby. Location is just 10 mins walk to the main square. Lobby could cater to tour booking amenities request. Got a free upgrade on the second booking which was a much needed treat after the hike.

Room was fine, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style with hot and cold selection, was very good. Location was ok, a 10-15 minute walk or so to the main area/square.

Room was comfortable but basic. It would have been nice to have some bottles of complimentary water and nibbles.

The location is great, the staff were very attentive (they stored our suitcase when we went to Aguas Calientes), the breakfast was very good. The bedroom and bathroom are very spacious.

Especially in the morning there was a lot of noise in the corridors (guests dragging suitcases, talking loudly).

Hotel is a beautiful modern, classy, elegant hotel. Shower is refreshing with plenty of water pressure. Breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. Good coffee! Staff is very nice. Front desk staff speak multiple language.

Shower tub was very slippier. There are handles in shower. I have a bad knee. Had issues climbing in tube. The fee for laundry was ridiculous!! There is a Quick wash on walking distance. It was a few soles. worth the walk.
