Very friendly and accommodating staff ready to help with anything you may need. Good breakfast selection with offers to prepare eggs in different variations upon request. We could also get a small breakfast in a bag for 4am as we had an early tour. Big bathroom which was uncommon during our trip across South America and was really appreciated.

Wall sockets were quite a pain, holes were too big and European-style plugs that fit well everywhere else in South America were constantly falling out and disconnecting. It was difficult to meet with drivers outside of the hotel as it is located on a narrow, busy one way street, so we always had to walk a couple of minutes away.

Very good location: close to the city's central square. Rooms super clean. Buffet breakfasts - a varied selection; so everyone can choose what they like. Reception staff wonderful! They try to help hotel guests in almost every situation: For me, they arranged contact with the tourist office so that I could see Machu Picchu, because I had no prior reservation and thanks to the efficient and helpful reception, they managed to arrange a guide for me at the so-called last minute and in one package all the tickets and transport, which is not easy logistically, because all tickets to Machu Picchu are bought practically weeks or months in advance. Also, transport from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport was arranged by the very efficient and helpful reception staff. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely amazing stay at Hotel Raymi! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always going above and beyond to help us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious, and on the days we had to leave early for expeditions, they prepared breakfast to go, which was such a thoughtful touch. The rooms were super clean, comfortable, and cozy. Honestly, everything was just so good — we felt really well taken care of. Highly recommend Hotel Raymi for anyone visiting Cusco! 🙌✨

Amazing hotel! Large rooms with a nice center courtyard area. the breakfast was also delicious and is open as early as 6am, but they’ll pack a meal for you if you need to leave even earlier than that. The best part about Hotel Raymi, though, is their staff, who are extremely helpful and generous with their time. When I arrived at the hotel around 8pm, i realized that the ticket to Machu Picchu that i had bought for the next day had never been sent to me (what I had thought was a ticket was only a receipt). It was far too late to buy a new ticket or visit the tourism center, but the staff at Raymi came through to help. One of the staff at the front desk was somehow able to get a representative from Peru’s Ministry of Tourism on the phone at 8 o’clock at night. I don’t know how she pulled this off, but I’m incredibly grateful to her and the rest of the Raymi staff for saving this part of my trip. Tl;dr definitely stay here - you won’t regret it!

After staying at a number of boutique hotels, Hotel Raymi felt a little corporate (big and missing the little touches that provide the X factor). I was not happy about being surprised with an additional 10% booking fee but the front desk did show that this was mentioned - buried at the bottom in the booking confirmation. But this need to be in the pricing section or, better, embedded in the price (like all other hotels!)

The nicest, most helpful and friendliest hotel staff we met in Peru. Helped us to organize airport and bus station transfers, as well as a private Sacred Valley tour, at the prices below those offered by most agencies. The guide they recommended excelled. Helped immediately with laundry and may other ad-hoc requests. We were a mid-size group and geo all the help we needed with our complex reservation. Many Thanks! Hotel's location is great, very central between Plaza der Armas and Quirikocha, with an easy access by car and no need to carry your bags up the hill unlike many other properties. Plenty of common spaces. Nice desks to work at, very good wifi signal in the room, great shower, plenty of sockets. Hotel can use some minor improvements in terms of rooms decoration but, in general, is a superb value with an excellenbt price/value ratio.

I loved this place. My room was super spacious and really comfortable. It was freezing outside and thank goodness there was a radiator which has not been the case in other hotels so far. The staff was just delightful! They went out of their way to help me with all my queries ( restaurants, tours, taxis etc). The most efficient and always so helpful was Luce. she was in incredible.
