The personnel were very kind. Mr Luis in the reception, and any other personnel in the reception were always helpful and available even very early (4am) in the morning. If we needed to depart before breakfast hours, they gave the option of buying lunch boxes they had ready for us when the tour agency picked us up. This was very helpful! They have also snacks and water we could buy in the reception at all hours, and coca leafs and hot water for free. The location is also great. It is close to the main square where many times our tours ended, and close by to several nice, affordable restaurants with good food, from pizza places to traditional Peruvian food. Very handy when coming back from a long day of tourist activities and you don't want to go too far for a good dinner. At breakfast, coffee was delicious (very important for me :-) and the personnel was also very kind and gave the option of asking eggs (fried, cooked or scramble) made fresh for us.

- Staff is amazing, always smiley and helpful especially the two brothers - Rooms were clean - Location - Oxygen bottle is available in case you need it, the staff really supported me when i needed it :) - They kept our luggages when we went on our trips to Machu Picchu. - Altitude tea available at reception.

- Common courtyard could have had more life. - Rooms are quite outdated, some of the facilities could be modernised. - Lady at reception was trying to overcharge me for the oxygen which i was told was 20 soles by insisting it was 25.

Emil from the reception was so helpful and friendly. Actually everyone was absolutely fantastic. I really enjoyed the stay there. I like that we were offered breakfast packages when we had to leave early for our tours around Cusco. We always got good tips and suggestions from the reception on where to shop and eat.

The shower was little bit issue. You had to switch on the hot water and wait at least 5-7 minutes until it heats up it self.

Comfortable and modern furnishings but retaining it's original charm and features. In the historic centre on a busy road, but inside the courtyard it was peaceful and quiet. Best breakfast we have had in the whole of South America. Staff friendly and helpful, especially Gris on reception.

No window as the room opened off the courtyard, but not a big problem

The location was perfect! Initially we booked for 2 night but ended up staying for 4 nights. We fell in love with the place instantly. Emil and other members of the staff were very attentive and helpful. Always ready to accommodate and fulfill our requests. They even prepared breakfast boxes for when we had to depart early in the mornings to go on tours. We highly recommend this place to others. Thank you for the great hospitality Sacha team!

- very polite and helpful staff! They even took the bags up the stairs as there is no lift! - there is complimentary coca tea for altitude - oxygen available upon request too (need to pay) - great location - lovely courtyard and balcony - safe as after a certain hour the main entrance was shut and you had to ring the bell

- heater was not working! - a lot of cold air was coming through the windows/balcony - no lift

Very nice boutique hotel. Especially the staff was very friendly and professional in all aspects. Reception was very helpful, room cleaning was spotless thanks to Rosa and her colleague (I can’t recall her name). Breakfast was also quite good and Liz went through the trouble to bring pancakes when I asked. Absolutely recommended stay!

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms and a nice colonial patio. Just what needed to hace a place to rest in the beautiful Cusco.

Unfortunately they have a problem with the water pressure so it makes having a warm shower a bit of a challenge!.. it makes it a bit difficult.

Is well located, clean and cute. The staff is really nice and professional, especially Rosa, Gris and Luis. They help us with everything and they prepare breakfast for us to take away every time we had an early tour, they constantly checked if we needed anything.

it was located in a good area and Andrea and (I’m sorry I forgot her name) the waitress that made breakfast for us was wonderful!!

even with the heater it was freezing, especially in the bathroom. speaking of the bathroom. we had room 801 and there is a frosted window that shows all your bathroom business to the courtyard. another window in our room looked right to the lobby. . .
