The staff was very helpful, carrying luggage up to our room and calling a taxi for our trip to the airport and telling us the usual price. There's always tea and hot water available in the entrance to the rooms. I was traveling with my sister, and our room was both dark at night and quiet. The ensuite bathroom had an excellent shower with both hand towels for each of us (rare in our travels) and pretty absorbant bath towels. We would definitely stay here again.

I think it would be helpful to know that the street is primarily a pedestrian one off the corner of a small Plaza. Our taxi from Ollantaytambo had some difficulty finding it.

The hotel is a beautiful old colonial building built on the ruins of an inca site being opposite the temple of the Sun. It has a lovely courtyard. The room was comfortable, beautifully decorated with exposed beams and a hugh ceiling. Very large room a nice beds. The staff were very attentive, organising packed breakfast when needed. Breakfast includes a good variety of fresh fruit, as well as cereals, bread, egg, cake etc. With free coca tea available. It is in a nice location around 7 min walk to the main plaza on a lovely inca pathway.

A lovely historic hotel close to all the main attractions in Cuzco. The staff were all very friendly & helpful. We stayed for 2 lots of 2 nights in between visiting Machu Picchu & the Sacred Valley. We were able to store our luggage and their laundry service was excellent. On our 2nd stay we were given a ground floor room which we found to be much quieter. Good choices for breakfast and omelette cooked to order.

Our first stay was in a 1st floor room near the top of the stairs. With many trips starting early not all guests are considerate in the amount of noise they make.

I actually stayed here twice. The second time around I chose one of the larger rooms and extended my stay by a further night, as I so much enjoyed the room, authentic hotel atmosphere and location. The staff were friendly, helpful and quick to help with any requests. I loved the charm of the boutique hotel and the wonderful location, which allowed me to reach cafes, restaurants, shops etc with just a short, entertaining walk. The location was surprisingly quiet considering the central location. I would definitely stay here again if travelling to Cusco.

This hotel is special, very well located for anyone that wants to know Cusco historical center. It is in a colonial construction right in front of the Qoricancha (Sun temple), it has an original inca door as main entrance. The staff was very helpful and atencious all the time. The patio, the room and the history of Cusco in every corner of the hotel are so charming and made us feel involved in the culture. The breakfast is really good as well and we loved that we were offered coca tea as we arrived.

The bathroom is small (which is comprehensive due to the adaptation in the colonial building), to us it wasn't a problem.

The property is located in a very good area, close to the city centre and the staff is very friendly.

I do not think we were provided with correct room type. We paid for superior double but got a room with 3 beds that looked nothing like the superior rooms. When ia asked about it they said it is indeed superior but then it doesn't look like the pictures posted at all.... It is a shame as I do think the property is alright but I feel we paid more and got less so be careful with this.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious and have a Peruvian feel to them. The breakfast is simple, but so delightful. There is always tea available. The hotel layout feels like the movie Encanto. The best part of the hotel is the staff. Each person from the reception to to the breaksfast staff were caring and thoughtful. They even called me one morning I slept in to make sure I wanted breakfast. They helped to arrange my taxis and the laundry service is very very affordable. It did it three times in a week. Best place!

It called me, can’t explain it but since I saw it I wanted to stay there. Sadly it was only for one night but it felt welcoming the very short time I was there. We were greeted by Jhon who showed us to our quaint room. The next morning, Gloria made the most delicious breakfast. I truly enjoyed my conversation with Gloria who took time to give me a little history of the hotel. They held our bags while we toured the city before heading to the airport. They even booked the taxi to take us to the airport. I would definitely stay here on my next trip.

Unaytambo is in a great location, walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Cusco. It was very clean and staff were great. The building dates back to Incan times. They have a nice courtyard where you can have breakfast and tea in the afternoon. They are very accommodating to early checkout times and even offered to bring out breakfast early when we needed to check out before their normal breakfast start. I would stay here again!

Lovely old building in very good condition, and I had a room with a balcony to the lane. The whole hotel was very very clean, served a simple and good breakfast, and everyone working there was friendly and helpful. Great location, really close to everything but quiet and safe. Can’t think of anything I’d change. I completely recommend this hotel!
