I LOVED this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They didn’t speak too much English but I gave it my best in Spanish and google translate and my word they were so nice. The hotel manager (I think) Edgar - just the most beautiful helpful person. Breakfast was so comprehensive with juice, coffee, yoghurt, eggs, cereal and toast (for one), and included. The location is right on the main road just up from Plaza De Armas, right next to (and views of Qorikancha, one of the few Inca ruin sites in the city with a Cathedral built next to and on top of it.). Yet Despite being on a main road was so quiet and soundproofed, you would never know it was on Avenida Del Sol. The first 5 nights I stayed in the Junior Suite which had views of Qorikancha, a mini fridge, heating (not that I needed it, the place was so well insulated), and an outdoor (with covered roof) Jacuzzi. Definitely ask/ look for this room or a similar suite if you can. the bath outside was so amazing. I actually moved from another hotel which was awful and an “eco hotel”. I ended up paying more but was worth every penny and still very cheap compared to Australian or US/European prices for what you get. You could almost say this one was also eco as it didn’t need heating or air con. There was a kettle in my room which I used to boil water so I didn’t have to keep buying water which was so helpful. the other hotel had none of that and was very poorly insulated. The beds were great and I had 4 pillows.

There was only very minor things, like one day I was left with no toilet paper after my room was cleaned, and no coffee or milk in the room itself (although of course you can just go downstairs for the cappuccinos which were excellent), but that would have given my rating a 10/10. Could not speak more highly of this place, especially Edgar. He went above and beyond to help me and was amazing.

In general, the staff were very helpful. Room was clean, a la carte breakfast was nice. They even packed us a breakfast when we had an early morning tour.

One of the staff gave incorrect pricing multiple times for transportation requests, quoting us a lower price initially, then increasing it later.

I really enjoyed the deluxe sweet! The tub and terrace are wonderful and the room was gorgeous. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was great.

It’s a bit far from the historical center. It’s on a very busy street but the rooms are quiet!

The staff was great, breakfast was plenty and made upon request. The day we had to leave really early to visit Machu Picchu, they had a sandwich and juice box ready for us to take on the ride.

I wasn't aware that there are no elevators to get to the rooms but the staff helped bringing the suitcases upstairs. The room was big and comfortable but the bathroom needed a little TLC.

Plan some time for breakfast as it takes some time till you get yours even though you might be the only ones in the breakfast room There were construction works ongoing during our stay which very quite noisy during the night (not the fault of the hotel)

The breakfast is simple yet OK: baked toast, fresh fruit, eggs and hot coffee, the energy will support you a great morning. The room is quite spacious than I thought, bed is comfortable, WIFI is quick, hot water for a shower takes away tiredness. The reception is always helpful. They helped to call taxi driver, deposit luggages as I travel out for Macchu Picchu and come back the other day. They alert travel timing, and keep your belongings very well. They are very kind and I do enjoy the 2nights stay in Atiq. The location is quite good, just 2mins walk to the Temple of the Sun/San Domingo Church. The most important thing is the night spend is within budget for a decent stay in Cusco.

The staff were what made the hotel so nice. They were eager to help us and gave us great recommendations on things to do in the area. The junior suite with the hot tub was the best room that we stayed in our trip to Peru. Very comfortable beds and excellent location.

The TV signal was not good.

The place is very clean, comfortable and very well located. It is not fancy and does not have a big lobby but has very friendly staff who are able to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend it for a short trip or when on a budget.

Really nothing that I can say I did not like.

The best hotel during my trip. Norman, the manager was very helpful. I had to print few documents for my trip to Bolivia and he helped me a lot. Breakfast was phenomenal from eggs, bread, cereal, coffee, and juice. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel and I highly recommend this hotel to future guests who are travelling Cusco. This hotel is located right next to the famous museum and very near from the Plaza de Armas. This hotel is just outstanding, phenomenal, and excelling! For one night, I stayed at a room with Jacuzzi and it was very good after coming from a trip to Machu Picchu.

Nothing was bad. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Very nice.
