The hotel has a great location — close to a supermarket, pharmacies, cafés, and many small shops selling souvenirs, clothes, and more. We stayed in the most basic room: a small space with everything needed for an overnight stay. The bedding was clean. A heater was available for an extra charge, while a hairdryer could be requested for free at the front desk. The breakfast is good. Absolutely enough to start the day. We also used the laundry service after a quad bike tour to Vinicunca left our clothes dirty. The receptionist kindly helped arrange it: a laundry staff member picked up our clothes from the hotel, and by morning we had clean, ironed outfits ready to wear.

It would be great to have better quality toiletries for body, hair, and hands.

The more experienced lady staff was very nice and helpful, and she speaks English well. She even helped us carry our suitcases down the stairs upon our request. The breakfast room on the top floor got a nice view of the neighborhood. The beds and pillows were comfortable! It is fairly close to Plaza de Arms, like 10-min walk.

First off, there is a long and narrow staircase from the ground floor to the lobby. If you carry large suitcases or are less mobile, you may want to take it in consideration. I was surprised that it was not mentioned in their hotel description or any reviews. Secondly, we could tell that the young lady staff who checked us in is not trained well by the mistakes she made and how she couldn’t resolve problems independently.

Nice stay! We stayed one night then traveled to Machu Pichu. They kept our bulk luggage for us as we had to travel light for a one night stay in Machu Pichu. We then returned to this hotel for 2 more nights. So helpful that they kept our bulk luggage free if charge and everything stayed safe. They also helped us by ordering a taxi for pickup and drop off. Good location and staff went above and beyond to help. Would stay here again. Only downside was showers were simply warm enough but definitely not hot.

Staff is nice and helpful when we had some little problem with hot water (a common thing is Cusco). Amazing view from breakfast area (breakfast is easy but always fresh). You always have some hot water and tea selections to make yourself something to drink at night or early morning, which was good because day tours start pretty early in the morning

Everything was fine, it’s not right in the center but better for us so at night it wasn’t that noisy

I liked the location/proximity to the squares in Cusco. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was delicious every morning

The rooms were small. No safe in rooms, very little space to place our suitcases in the room itself and the bathroom was super small. No space on counter to put our toiletries in

The hosts were absolutely kind and helpful, always willing to solve our doubts and help us with inquiries. The location and the breakfast were also great.

Nothing special. We would have appreciated better/written information regarding handling our towels/sheets in the room, checkout, and others. Not that important

Nice location, friendly staff and good breakfast. Rooms were quite comfortable but in the small side.

Water not very hot and would actually stop altogether. Electricity also not very reliable. The staff was great though, always trying to sort these issues as quickly as possible.

Very clean . Very comfy beds with lots of blankets . The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful . Breakfast every morning was very good!

One room 3 of us the bathroom were in was very small . Hot ( warm) water was a bit hot and miss .

The staff was friendly and helpful in recommending things to do and places to eat. They had breakfast in the morning which was delicious and with a nice view. They helped me set up a taxi to the airport which was punctual and friendly.

The Location from the main city center. But I didn’t mind the walk :)

Very nice staff, and good views from the rooftop restaurant. Breakfast was served everyday by one of the hosts, but not much variety.

The hotel is a bit of a walk from the main square (10 minutes), no elevator.
