I was there as part of an organised group, therefore I stayed in two different styles of room. They were both very clean. One was clearly a more executive style, with a balcony and extras such as a hairdryer. The other was slightly more basic but still good. The beds were comfortable. Cocoa tea was available on request for altitude sickness. There was a well stocked bar and restaurant with a variety of dishes. Bag storage was available when I checked out. There was a fair variety of breakfast dishes available, cooked freshly.

Due to the large, atrium style structure of the building, there was a tenancy for some noise to filter upwards, although this is easily solved with a good pair of earplugs.

The staff were so friendly! I was here before my trip to do a hike with a tour group for Machu Picchu, and was apprehensive as was a solo traveller. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, able to answer my questions. I even left my Apple Watch before I left and they kept it safe for me when I came back. The hotel room is so nice, and the balcony shows a stunning view of Cusco. There is free coca tea in the lobby which is handy. The location was great and nearby to a minimart which is good

The breakfast buffet was great. Fresh fruits and great coffee. Great options. Kind and helpful staff. Warm water in the shower (great) Views (wonderful) heater in the room (helpful) Location ( just minutes to the Square) Staff ( helpful: flight was in the evening and I could leave my luggage in the storage)

We had a room with a terrace. Knowing that two people would be coming I would have assumed that the hotel staff would make sure there were 2 chairs on the terrace. I called and asked for a second chair so that we could enjoy the terrace... the answer I got was " We will see what we can do" Our stay ended and the chair never came...nor a table. The adjacent room had a table and chair. So, that part was disappointing.

This place is highly recommended. Only 2 corners away from the central square, in a safe neighborhood, with a wonderful view on the surrounding mountains. Our room was super spacious and had an amazing corner balcony. The heater, the hot shower and the internet all worked well. The breakfast was great too!

We enjoyed breakfast which was included in our stay. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Everything was cleaned well. Towels and basic toiletries were provided. There was a storage room for our bags while we hiked the trail or checked out and needed to store our bags. Also, my husband got attitude sickness and they called us an ambulance and were very caring and helpful.

The beds were not comfortable at all, the walls were paper thin, so use ear plugs, and there was an auto- light outside our room in the street that turned on and off all night.

Room was very cute, balcony was charming with a nice view. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Coca tea available whenever. Breakfast was basic but good, it started at 5:00 am early to have something before an early morning excursion.

The room was cold, not well insulated as it’s in an older original building. The floor was very cold although they did have a space heater.

Clean hotel in great location. Staff were most helpful. Helped get issue sorted with tour operator very early in morning.

Noise. It is a hotel favoured by tour groups, so expect noise from groups leaving early and noise from outside.

Travelling alone I was worried and met so many lovely people and helpful staff. One room had no window and overlooked noisy atrium. Next one was great with terrace and splendid view.

1st room no daylight and lots of noise. No gluten free bread at breakfast.

The blankets were wool and having slight allergy to wool it made me uncomfortable at times but it is just a minor inconvenience. And although we are a married couple we were assigned two beds (we had another stay earlier at this hotel via a tour and it was also two beds) we didn't care too much being too tired after Inka trail but I believe it's better to ask before assigning a room.
