We extended our stay so this review will appear twice. Great stay, the room was lovely - great sized, comfy bed, lots of covers for cold nights. Shower was always hot (run for 5 mins before using). Breakfast was great. People who own the hotel are super nice. We got washing done twice and it was reasonably priced and completed quickly. Taxi was easily arranged through Hotel for arriving and leaving. We ended up extending our stay.

I had a really big room (and I was on my own) with a double and a single bed. Everything was spotless! For me the location was good, just close to where the combis to Urubamba (but also other parts leave). They also arranged a trip to the Rainbow Mountain for me and packed some snacks to take because I had to leave at in the morning. Incredibly freindly staff. Breakfast was very good, scrambled eggs, avocado, marmelade, fresh bread etc. Next time I am in Cusco I will come here again!

I wanted to pay with my card, but that would have added 5%. This happens more in Peru, but I am getting a little fed up with this. It is okay, but just mention this when booking.

The bedrooms are really big, clean and light. It can get quite cold during the night but there are enough blankets to cover you. The rooms were really clean also. What really stood out was the kindness of the personell (or owners?). They would get up super early in the morning to make us breakfast to go for our trips which they would help us book. Really good value for the price!

It is true that the walls seem to be quite thin so you can hear sometimes what’s going on around you. But nothing that good ear plugs couldn’t fix. I guess it is a little more off - center than other accommodations, but it’s only a 15 minute walk to the city center.

The room and bed were very very comfortable. The hotrl also looked after my baggage at no extra cost whilst I did the Mach Picchu trek.

Nothing all was very good

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. Unlike the other reviews of not having hot water, we had abundunt roasting hot water which you can mediate with cold water. (And having good pressure of hot water is a super luxurious thing in a city like Cusco) You just have to follow the instructions of the reception lady! They kept us our baggage for two days without charge when we went off to Machupicchu. Bed was also very comfortable for us, provided with layers of soft, thick blankets which made us feel cozy and warm through the cold nights. It is walkable distance to city center as well (10-15mins). They kept your room clean everyday if you turn in your keys when you go out. Definitely recommended, we will stay again here if we come back to Cusco.

Like majority of the buildings in Peru, the walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbors... but it's not a problem if they are well-educated. We luckily didn't have any problem with this.

The rooms were big and felt very comfy. Very clean. The location was great and the staff were super helpful. Exceptional in their service. Room had netflix so was a great way to unwind.

The room was not sound proof and was woken by someone playing folkore music until 2.30am in the morning. In addition there was quite a bit of light coming into the room so this made it a bit diffcult to fall asleep.

The hotel is well located and close to some supermarket. 10 min by foot from mercado san pedro and 10 min to plaza mayor. safe area. the rooms are clean. The host Hernan ist always available and can also help booking tours. Real coffee and freshly pressed juice for breakfast. Comfy beds, enough blankets, netflix at tv for free. Wifi works well. hair dryer available at reception.

Some rooms have no window and are a bit cold (typically for Cusco, as i heard from other travellers). One time there was no hot water at the shower, but next morning it was back. It is a bit noisy, you can hear everything which is talked on the reception and in front of other rooms, but nothing that cannot be fixed with earplugs. 😉

This hotel is very close (less than 10-minute walk) to Cusco city center. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The bathroom was clean and well ventilated, the bed was comfortable, and the room offered large shelves for storing our items. It felt like coming home each time we returned.

Some local recommendations would be great. However, our stay was short and this hotel met all our needs.

Great location, super clean, very comfortable, great facilities including shower and comfortable warm beds. Staff were super helpful and accommodating! We left our bags throughout 5 days in Salkantay and on the day of checkout. Breakfast was also great and varied with eggs, avocado, fresh juice Totally recommend!

The place is very high value. Hernan was very helpful and without a hard sell offered to handle my travels to Machu Pichu. I am glad I let him as everything was perfect and somehow less expensive than had I booked the train and taxis on my own. Real eggs and toast for breakfast.

There was everything to like and nothing to dislike.
