It was a really nice and comfortable stay during my travel in Cusco. All staffs from the hotel are really friendly, caring and helpful. I noticed that the hotel offers tours for all the main attractions after I booked the hotel so I didn’t need to look for other options since I was busy at work before my vacation. They arranged everything for me and all the tours were really great and well organized with reasonable prices. They even arranged everything for my Machu Picchu trip and it was amazing. They prepared a snack box when I had to leave the hotel very early morning for the tours. It was so lovely and touched. They also always left a warm fashy pouch on the bed in case it could be cold during the night. As a female solo traveler, I felt the hotel and the area are very safe and the location is great to walk around from the main plaza. I almost never took an uber or a taxi since I really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. I really felt comfortable all the time during the stay and stayed like home. I appreciate three ladies in the hotel who always helped me everything during my stay. I’ll definitely stay here again if I visit Cusco again.

It could be quite noisy at night as a lot of people wake up very early for tours, but I assume that’s the same everywere in Cusco. The room looking out on the alley was quite light due to the street lights. But overall very nice stay, would definitely recommend!

Hotel was good for what we paid. Staff was friendly & we communicated with google translate. Good shower (plenty of hot water in other reviews is one thing that made us book here). Also liked that there were 4 separate twin beds in our room. Was 10 minute walk from the main square. They also packed us a lunch for after check out which was sweet.

No elevator but typical in Peru I think. The alley it was on was a bit tricky for taxi to find but there is a sign above sidewalk to help you. The alley is dirt and rock so it was a little muddy for our pull luggage after the rain the night before. The room was chilly at night but they brought hot water bottles for our bed at night. When I asked about them bringing for our friends in the other room, they said they don't get hot water bottles because they have the suite (a different perk for the same price as our room). Turned out okay -I just had different expectation based on other reviews - not on what hotel stated. I recommend this hotel.

Quiet and located in an alley of a street which is very convenient. Rooms were cleaned daily and they put a hot water bottle in the evening which were a nice touch. Spacious rooms and comfortable bed, good water pressure and hot shower. The staff was so lovely, they catered to any needs we had and always greeted us. Breakfast options are plenty compared to other hotels. we appreciate the fresh fruit juices and eggs of any style. There is hot water kettles and tea available at all times. We stayed here again after Salkantay and they offered free luggage storage for us without any issues!

Staff may not be best to recommend any information if we want to take a collectivo. However they can arrange for a taxi.

Very well located to the main plaza in Cusco. Loved that they supplied hot water bottles and heaters for the cold nights. The bathrooms were modern and shower was good with hot water and strong pressure. Rooms were simple but cosy and clean. Good hostel if you want somewhere more quiet and less social/party.

Despite booking months in advance, for our first night we were moved to a twin room rather than the double we booked. This room was behind reception so was very noisy and cold. They gave us a small discount for the inconvenience after we pushed. One night there were loud kids outside, so just bring earplugs!

The room is beautiful and clean. The bathroom was incredible with a rain shower and it was very modern compared to most places we’ve stayed at. The bed was big and comfortable. They clean your room every day which we loved! The location is very quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good as well: bread, cheese, meat, marmelade, fresh fruits, eggs, yoghurt and cereal. They even have a toast/grill machine to make toasties! One day we had to leave at 4am for a tour and they packed a lunch bag for us because we would miss breakfast. Additionally they have free tea all day long, including coca tea to help with altitude sickness. The best part of our stay was the incredibly kind staff, always ready to help with any request. They are always friendly and ask about your day. They speak English as well. This is hands down the best place we’ve stayed at in all of Peru!

The only thing to note is the location: while it is quiet, it is in a kind of weird alley of a more busy road. It can be a bit hard to find. It does feel safe at night though.

Loved this stay, comfortable rooms beds and pillows , shower was great with hot water. There were heaters in the rooms but we didn’t need, many blankets on beds. Our favourite was the breakfast , hot water bottles, free hot water and tea and the staff were also great. It was also really quiet l, we never had any issues with noise even during carnival. Very good value for money , we rebooked here. There are other locations I would try though if I came back to Cusco on the other side of the square .

An oasis of calm, just off a hectic street. Well located, just a short walk to the main square, the market, the train station etc. Staff were all friendly and breakfast was decent each morning, especially the local fruit. Hot water bottles at night were a lovely touch as Cusco does get cold in the evenings.

Our room was a little small. It can be noisy as the walls are thin, this was not noise from the outside but from the inside caused by so many guests having early departures for tours.

Friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, walking distance to most sightseeing attractions.

The best hotel ever! Warmest people/feel like coming home. Breakfast locally organic produce best local coffee❤️most of all location is so central so I can walk to attractions like plaza de Armaz till 10 pm!🥂🤨only 8min walk safe neighborhood 🥂the owner takes care of my tours and they are great I love her kindness and helpfulness. I’m also particular about hot shower and water pressure also the cleanliness and smell of the hotel this hotel is super clean and smells sooo good and water pressure hot shower is very relaxing after a day out touring ❤️❤️❤️ I keep coming back here❤️❤️❤️the view from the dining room is amazing ❤️❤️❤️
