Heating in the room! So hard to find it Cusco for a decent price. Hot water in the sink, that's luxury. Room looks just like picture. Plenty of space to organize things. Quiet, windows not to street but to a courtyard. Location is good, close to mercado San Pedro. Not super close to Plaza de Armas but walkable.

Hot shower has good pressure but there is a trick, at least in my room. Every 12 seconds you get one second of cold water. So l just had to count and step away. No breakfast included in the price. Just go to one of the amazing coffee shops in Cusco.

When I first arrived I had a room with a single window opening to a corridor. The light that comes from the corridor was disturbing at night. When I mentioned that, they were kind enough to upgrade me to a larger and better room with windows. Everyone in the hotel was very kind and helpful!

The only problem was that there is no noise cancellation especially in the bathrooms.

Good central location, near the market and the square. The rooms ar big and facilities are decent. The staff can bring hot teas or water to your room if needed.

Water pressure is a little low, notice that you'll need to ring the bell (on the right side) to get in sometimes when doors are locked.

Clean room in good location- between the old city center and San Pedro market and railway station. Nice staff, welcome tea and a possibility to leave your luggage in the storage. No problem with late/early check in. Good internet connection

After one of us took shower there was no more hot water for the other one

The hotel is very close to the city center only few minutes walk away. The rooms are fairly basic but good, and the bathroom and shower works fine. The staff was always helpful and provided indications and support when needed. There are several restaurants and shops close by

The location of the property is very convenient. The front desk staff were nice and the housekeeping is superb.

The hot water is not working properly. It’s either very hot or very cold. We book 3 rooms and all are the same

Everything was great

my experience at this hotel, to me, was an exceptional value. I was on a two week stay at 5 different hotels through out peru. It was by far the best and it was the cheapest of the 5.

not newly renovated but for the price I was 100% satisfied, the staff was fantastic.

Great location and extremely helpful staff. This was a return trip, and aspects I previously critiqued were not a problem this time: sleep was uninterrupted and noise levels were low.

Wonderful staff. Very accommodating. Better than I expected. Would've been better if restaurant downstairs actually had people. But nonetheless decent budget hotel! 10 minute walk to Plaza de armas
