We stayed in one of the One-Bedroom Apartments, ours was right at the top of the hotel on the 4th floor. [Tip: if it's your first few days being up at altitude - go s.l.o.w.l.y up the stairs!] The apartment was very nice, light and bright, with two skylights, instead of windows. So there wasn't a view from the room itself. The little kitchen was super clean and well equipped. If you're going to be in Cusco for 1+ weeks and would like the option to do some cooking/make teas, then highly recommend an apartment like this one. The bed was very comfy and warm. The shower had good pressure, just the temperature was tricky to get right (sometimes too hot, sometimes too cold). There was an electric heater provided in the room, which we had to use every night because the rooms do get cold (drafts from the skylights). The breakfast was a buffet style, very laid-back atmosphere and you could help yourself to: bread, toast, scrambled eggs, fried plantain or sweet potato, tequeños with cheese, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals. A decent coffee, milk, selection of teas, hot chocolate etc. The staff were very friendly, especially Kevin on reception. Would definitely stay here again!

Our apartment was next to the staff/laundry room, which has a section of glass blocks dividing it. So we could sometimes hear their conversations, music and also felt a little like you could be seen.

Very helpful staff. Kevin at the front desk asked us when we checked-in how we were. We had never been at such a high altitude before so didn't know if we would get altitude sickness and it was nice to be asked how we were doing. There are coca leaves in the breakfast room to make tea. The breakfast was really nice with lot's of fresh fruit, cooked eggs. toast etc. The best during our 14 day stay in Peru. We were able to leave some luggage at the hotel to collect when we returned from Machu Picchu and spent another night here.

The hotel's a 20 minute walk to the bus station to catch the train to Aguas Caliente.

The room was very clean, the shower was hot and the room too as there was electrical heating and double blankets. We felt safe in the area and to let our stuff in the hotel. The breakfast is a very nice buffet and when we had to leave early for day trips, they prepared us a correct breakfast box to go.

Our room was located on the ground floor and very early in the morning we could hear the people leaving for day trips talking in the street just in front of our room. There was also a small window from our room to the hotel hall and when people switched on the light (in the middle of the night or super early in the morning), we were disturbed during our sleep. This is regrettable but overall we were very glad about our stay at Quechua hotel.

The location was great - right next to San Pedro market and walking distance to all main attractions in Cusco. There was also an Orion Supermarket close by to do groceries. Breakfast was good especially the banana pancakes! Our room was great. Lots of storage. Super comfortable beds. Wifi worked well. Our shower took awhile to heat up, but once it did, the temperature and water pressure was great. Kevin at reception was lovely and super helpful. Mucho gracias Kevin! Cusco is expensive compared to the rest of Peru because it is quite touristy, so the hotel was great value for money! We would stay here again if we came back to Cusco.

The soundproofing isn't great. We often got woken up by people leaving super early for their tours or checking-in/coming back late. This is beyond the control of the hotel. As a suggestion, I think speaking to guests at check-in and having a sign in the rooms to remind them to keep their noise level down after 9pm would make a HUGE difference! (because a lot of tours start between 3am - 5am and most people will be in bed early)

I got a small apartment, which was great to have. It was too cold in June, winter here, to use the 2 balconies. The staff was very nice. It's a great location, the central market and a supermarket are very close. Parks and plazas a short walk away.

The breakfast was terrible. The daily scrambled eggs were not cooked thoroughly. I love vegetables, but not for breakfast. The coffee was horrible, as it was at the other hotels I've stayed at in Cusco and they all have the same terrible, salty cheese that does not melt and some type of ham, that I wouldn't even try.

The room was clean and well appointed. There was a microwave, refrigerator, electric stove and various pots and utensils The room had an electric heater. The buffet breakfast was very nice. Besides the usual eggs, bread and juice, there was fruit ( papaya, honeydew melon, and watermelon), yogurt, granola, cold cuts, sausage, fried plantains, and some kind of vegetable that varied by the day. The place was generally quiet. The staff was very nice and responsive including the receptionist Kevin.

Of the seven nights I stayed there, on two mornings there was no hot water.

The staff was great, especially Kevin has always been very friendly and ready to help. Rooms were very clean, with fresh towels every day. The breakfast ist also great with plenty of options. The location is close to the central market and 5-7 minutes from the main square. Since the hotel is located next to a calm road, the rooms were pretty quiet. Warm water was provided, you just need 3-5 minutes waiting time until the water was hot enough.

As most of Peruvian hotels the room are not well isolated, that's why you can hear other guests talking or flushing the toilet. But it was still ok.

Superbly clean, and in a lovely part of the old city next to the San Pedro train station ( for trains to macchu picchu ) and the market. I rented a one bedroom apartment in the roof - which had its own kitchen and living room. And a lovely roof terrace. The staff were excellent - there is a 24 hour reception which is great when you have to leave on an early trip (4am yikes). Kevin kept in touch via WhatsApp before I arrived as I got delayed which was great. I booked a trip with Washington at Quechua expeditions which is part of the hotel and I highly rate his advice - he was excellent at handling my last minute Requests and guided me carefully on my macchu pichu late request with superb patience and organised everything beautifully. All the staff were amazing. There is a supermarket nearby and everything was so convenient. It’s also a very reasonable price for whact you get.

My apartment didnt have windows only roof light/ openings - but I think all the rooms on the third floor do

Good breakfast (eggs, ham, cheese, fruit, cereals...), good hot shower, the best WiFi I encountered in Peru, excellent location (10mins from Plaza de Armas, 2mins to San Pedro train station, pharmacy and market nearby) and last but definitely not least the staff. They are helpful and friendly (a special thank you to Kevin)

The Do Not Disturb sign is missing on the doors. It's not a big thing but we didn't want housekeeping a few days but they still knocked on the door even though my partner was resting from a headache

Location was 5' walking from Plaza The Armas, everything was within walking distance. Luv it! 👌🏼 Very good price for what you get and very neat. Breakfast was ok, it's helpful to grab a fruit or some eggs and juice before starting your touring day. There was hot water avaliable most of the time to make some tea. They can keep your luggage after checking out if you have some time left before leaving the city. WiFi was good.

To have some hangs or a table for luggage in the room would be very useful since there was no closets. Also to have a safetybox would've been nice (nevertheless, the place felt very safe).
