This property was in an excellent location to discover Cusco by foot. It is very near to San Pedro markets and is a short walk to the main squares. There are great restaurants in walking distance, bakery, groceries and laundry service.

Unfortunately the design of the property makes it very noisy. You can hear everyone moving around, talking. It does not help with sleeeping as people are starting tours from as early as 3am.

It’s a very clean place, staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is near the san pedro market and probably 10 min walking distance from Plaza de Armas Breakfast is honest, nothing fancy or in abundance but it’s okay for the day. Rooms are large but if you can, rather the ones on second or third floor. We stay at first in the first floor and it’s a bit noisy because people leave early for the tours and you can hear everything. Bed os nice, pillow ate a bit hig for me but you can change them in the reception. Bathroom is very nice, good water presure and towers They let you borrow a hairdryer as well

Didn’t love the acustic in the first floor but the second stay we stay at the third so it was perfect

I was staying at another twice as expensive hotel and had my doubts about this one, but it had everything I needed. Long Hot shower, Hot sink water, Wall heating unit (extra plus), Big TV (only plutotv), spacious, clean room, a little noisy so bring ear plugs, they turn off the hall lights at 9pm (extra plus), good wifi(25mbps) staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is all you need, nothing fancy. Location is nearly perfect, you don't have to climb anything to get to it, one block away from San Pedro Market.

People goes early to their Cusco Treks around 4am-5am, so you can hear wheels and showers running. If you are a light sleeper like me, bring earplugs and solved.

We choose this hotel due to its approximate close to the san pedro station. Also close to the city 10-15min to the centre. Cloaevto may shops I the restaurants are close by and you couks walk easily to the city The staff were kind and supportive. The breakfast was norl

The breakfast was a little verity. The heater only works from 6am to 6pm the rest of the time it is cold.

Excellent service, excellent breakfast, good location... they kept our luggage before and after check-in/out in a safe place. Although it's a little father from the central Plaza de Armas, we were able to walk there easily, but there are also plenty of taxis and ubers if someone didn't want to walk.

The windows and doors let in quite a lot of light while the lights are still on in the evening, which can make it difficult to sleep. One could easily remedy this with a sleep mask.

Nice hotel next to the San Pedro market and very close to Plaza de Armas. We were able to walk everywhere comfortably. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and all staff very nice and helpful.

Only disadvantage: Only windows to the (very pretty) inner courtyard, so sometimes our room was stuffy. Also, the doors open and close very load, so be aware that you might wake up when other guests leave the hotel very early for their trips, if you are sensitive to noise.

Comfortable and modern rooms, perhaps a little basic but no complaint as the price is very reasonable. 15 min walk from Plaza de Armas, felt very safe as streets are busy. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast

The hotel is quite noisy. Walls are thin, hard to close doors without making noise, and you can’t help hearing what people say in the common area as there is zero soundproofing

Friendly & helpful staff. Tea (especially coca and muña tea) always available at the front desk. Rooms were clean and warm. Hot water & internet always worked well. Breakfast was good. Felt very safe and secure.

The rooms we had, had only 1 window looking into the hotel yard (no other windows) Light of the hallways made it so that it wasn't very dark at night (but are turned off later on) Noises from the hallway echoed into the room.

The facilities were simple but good & clean. We could grab tea as often as we liked. The staff were super helpful and also allowed us to leave our bags with them for a couple of days while we were out hiking. Location was perfect to walk to the main Plaza and there was a dry clears and little shops right across the hotel.

Only thing was the locks of the door are a bit loud, so you could hear an eco of it out in the hall.

So very, very much liked the ability to contact Georges, owner. He was quick to respond, he is soooo easy to communicate with. The very Bonita Chica in the photo is Paula. She controls the front desk, and anything you may not be able to communicate in English, she is a master at Google Translate….thank you Paula, for all your assistance! Next,…I have a deep affection for landlords that maintain/keep impeccable cupboards…check out attached photos, they are a work of art. Each utensil perfectly places, and the palate of colors is joyful. The Apt is one of the best I have stayed in…towels that are stocked in 5 Star hotels, full utensils, juice squeezer, blender, kettle, dish soap, plastic wrap, paper towels, I could go on. Apt has a small terrace that looks out to a mountain. Very peaceful AND quiet.
