Really centrally located. Everything in Cuzco is accessible on foot. Nice breakfast in a lovely courtyard.

It gets quite noisy. I know this is more the fault of the guests who can't tame their excitement at 4 in the morning but the rooms are definitely not sound proof. The rooms on the upper floors get quite hot. There's a lovely skylight above the central courtyard that gives it a lot of natural light but also creates a greenhouse effect on the upper floors.

The rooms were nice, large and clean. The courtyard in the middle was lovely and the breakfast in the morning and drinks in the evening were good. It was about a 11-13 minute walk to the plaza so a pretty good location as well. They were running a special when we booked and we thought the hotel was a great value for what we paid.

The triple room has 3 double beds but they wouldn't let my husband, me, and our 2 daugters stay in the same room even though the bedding was plenty big for the 4 of us. We had to put one of our daughters in my mom's room. It was the same number of people staying and eating breakfast whether we had 4 in one room and 2 in the other or 3 and 3 so I don't understand why they wouldn't let the 4 of us stay together. So, just be aware if you are a family of 4, you may need to make sure that they have a room that they will allow 4 to stay in. We were fine because my mom was there but if we had showed up on our own, it would have been a problem.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Hacienda Cusco Centro Histórico. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable and memorable. They were incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The breakfast was plentiful and absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day right. One of the highlights of our stay was how well the staff took care of my mum when she needed assistance. They even provided oxygen, which was a lifesaver at Cusco’s altitude. Their dedication and genuine care made all the difference in our experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a charming historical ambiance that adds to the magic of Cusco. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for warm hospitality and a great location. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was very spacious and beds were comfortable. We had a family room with a king bed and a full bed for our son. The shower was divine. Facilities were very clean. Staff was courteous and accommodating.

It was rainy and cold in Cusco when we arrived. Unfortunately we did not have control over the heat in our room until it was turned on for everyone at 7:00PM daily. Instead of a wall, there was a window covered with a window on the hallway side of our room. Unfortunately, if you are sensitive to light and sound ( which I am), it's not great!

Breakfast - Amazing, if you get a chance to eat as we’re usually up and out before the breakfast time. Staff - super friendly and appreciative. Able to guide when asked and recommended the routes and places to visit. Location - not too far from the city center - Plaza de Armas (8 min), San Pedro market (6 min), Perurail train station (6 min) and many museums.

Pillows - not enough quantity per bed and not firm enough to hold the weight.

Good location with a 14min walk to the main square - a few uphill roads but manageable. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Where we had a few early starts for tours, the staff ensured we had packed breakfasts to go each morning. Unlimited free cocoa leafs an hot water which was handy due to the altitude. The staff were really helpful and held our keys for us when we went on tours too.

Our room was near the centre of the hotel, facing the courtyard - any noise from people drinking etc would float up to our room.

The location of the hotel is perfect, close to city center but not that close to be noisy. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly even if we didn't like a small detail - we asked for a taxi for a certain hour, it was a small misunderstanding and when we mentioned we need it 10 minutes earlier the receptionist wouldn't do anything about it even if we were risking to miss our train.

From Cusco there are a lot of trips that start at different hours, mostly they start very early in the morning or even during the night. When neighbours were waking up so early it was very easy for you to get up also because the noises can be easly heard - but I don't consider this as a minus for the hotel, the other guests were the ones inconsiderate of other people's rest.

It’s rare to find a place where the service is as exceptional as the surroundings, but Hotel Hacienda nails this blend perfectly. Moreover, the hotel's location is a dream for travellers. Perfectly situated for those keen on immersing themselves in the city, I often found myself taking leisurely strolls, getting lost in the vibrant streets of Cusco. Historic sites, bustling markets, and local eateries are all within walking distance, making it convenient for both first-time visitors and seasoned travellers. In summary, Hotel Hacienda Cusco Centro Historico is not just a place to rest your head; it's an experience that marries the city's charm with modern comforts. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore Cusco from a central yet serene base.

Very little !!

The hotel has been completely refurbished and looked brand new, yet, retained the historic features of the colonial style building. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. The food was exceptional. Overall, a great place for the price!

It was approx a 20 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas, the center of the tourist district. I like to walk, so no big deal. But if you want to be real close to the center, this isn't the place.

No sound proofing. The hotel does not seem to enforce any limit to how late or how early people can talk loudly in the corridors or their rooms. The primary purpose of a hotel is to provide accommodations to travellers where they can rest and possibly eat. There can be no rest when people are allowed to make noise regardless of the time of day or night ...
