Excellent staff service. Wonderful breakfast. Nice outside courtyard. Good location, 20 min drive from the airport and 10 min walk from the main square.

The double beds are very narrow. For the price of the room, Queen size beds would be appreciated, especially for families or groups travelling together.

The hotel is beautiful and full of charm, perched at the top of Cusco with an amazing view of the city. The staff is amazing and very helpful. They kept our luggage during our 4 days hike to Machu Picchu.

the check-in process was quite slow — even with only one person ahead of us, it took at least 20 minutes. The restaurant offers good food, but they tend to overdecorate the dishes, which looks nice but causes delays. As we were a group of four, our plates often arrived cold, which was disappointing. I’d recommend simplifying the presentation to prioritize temperature and timing.

We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel, and the food was absolutely incredible. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a chef at the egg station making everything fresh. My son and I are both fussy eaters (i am vegetarian), but we were spoiled for choice. The freshness, flavour, and variety were exceptional—and the mini baguette-style rolls tasted just like the ones in Paris! Every staff member is gracious and welcoming and they seem happy to serve you. The staff were also kind enough to store our luggage for a few days while we travelled to Machu Picchu, which made our journey so much easier. Thoughtful and much appreciated!

I booked a suite for two nights and was informed that it includes two bottles of water. However, I was surprised to learn that these wouldn’t be replenished the next day—instead, I was told to go to the restaurant to refill them myself. For a suite, I expected a bit more attention to comfort and convenience. I also didn’t appreciate that room service wasn’t available until 12 noon. I enjoy slower start to the morning and fresh coffee delivered early would have added bonus. There was a Nespresso style machine in the suite , though that coffee wasn’t to my taste. These small things do matter, especially when the booking is for a higher-category room and also a hotel like this.

We really enjoyed the hotel! The building is beautiful and modern, and the room was extremely comfortable. One of the highlights was the spacious and pleasant common area, where we could also see women from Chinchero selling their handmade products, accompanied by an adorable baby llama. This detail added a very special touch to our experience. Additionally, the breakfast was another standout feature. On some mornings, there were special events, like harp performances, which made the atmosphere even more delightful. The buffet was very complete and well-prepared. We also appreciated that the hotel had washing and drying machines available, which was incredibly useful considering that many activities near Cusco involve hiking, leaving our clothes quite dirty. This saved us from having to rely on local laundry services, which often had concerning reviews mentioning lost items. At the hotel, we could take care of this easily and worry-free.

This isn’t exactly a problem, but something worth mentioning. The hotel is located in the upper part of the city, which offers a beautiful view and is easily accessible. In some central areas of the city, cars can’t reach, or certain vehicles aren’t allowed, but that wasn’t an issue for us here. However, we’re not used to Cusco’s high altitude, so we felt quite tired walking back to the hotel at the end of the day after exploring the lower parts of the city. On the bright side, it was also great exercise!

Lovely hotel a short walk from the old city, with comfortable rooms and very helpful staff. There were issues with the buses and we risked missing our train to Machu Picchu, and the reception staff helped us navigate the issue. The hotel also let us leave our luggage whilst we stayed in Machu Picchu, and collected on our return to the Cusco airport, which was a great help. The breakfast buffet was great, and helpfully started at 5am, as we had an early start. All in all Cusco was a lovely place to spend and day and I highly recommend the Hilton. We had a wonderful experience.

The facility was extremely clean, quiet, the staffs were beyond exceptional! The food both at breakfast and lunch was delicious! My husband and I visited the bar at the restaurant on the 3rd floor and Nahum was an amazing bartender! He made us laugh, he was very sweet, kind, good conversation and made the most amazing drinks ever!!! We will absolutely be back in the future

Nothing - Everything was perfect

Comfortable rooms, staff were exceptionally helpful. Laura from the tours desks was fantastic helping us organise day trips. Hilton also stored our luggage whilst we did the classic Inka trail. Room service was very good, breakfasts were great. Location is up the hill but a quick walk down 10mins into Cusco centre and a cheap Uber back up if you don’t want to walk. Massages after the Inka trail were great too.

We had a fabulous stay; room was king with view and the view was spectacular. The king room was very spacious, bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious also. Breakfast was beautiful, cannot fault. Staff in dining room went above and beyond to meet our needs in the coffee department. We walked into town but taxied back, as the altitude was hard. Definitely stay here again.

The spa was really good. Despite being more expensive than in town, the convenience, cleanliness and skill of the staff was worth it. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Access to filtered water freely available on the property.

Having to pay for boxed breakfast when other hotels provide it for free once breakfast is included. This should not happen. I was surprised Hilton had the sane sewage smell problem as other hotels. The room views were not at all as expected. We looked out into what more looked like a dump. This hotel is up on the hill and walking to the main square meant walking back you need some pretty good lungs. Preparation for Rainbow Mountain I guess. Mind you taxis in Cusco are cheap so just take a taxi back.

Nice property

We stayed here on 2 June occasions. The first time we booked it for ourselves and had a great experience. The second time was when our Latam flight was cancelled and they arranged our stay. This stay was very different. Felt like we were treated as 2nd tier guests. Food was supposed to be paid for but we were told we couldn’t get it to go and that we could only order spaghetti. Just wish we would have had a similar experience as when booking it ourselves. Left a bad taste in our mouth of the hotel.
