*The room was dark with little to no natural light and a bit dated. * We had to ask for help to get the hot water properly running though it was fixed quickly * We are both heavy sleepers but it is noisy with the room on the street, though we were one floor above so keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper to ask for a room not given to the street *Cleaning was so so on day 2

I cannot recommend enough this hotel to my friends and all travelers. Not only it has great boutique settings but also it has great staffs that will provide you personal greetings and services. Begin with warm welcome and immediate carrying your luggages to the hotel from taxi. Then you have warm teas serving to you while waiting other staffs taking care the checking process. It has a large eye-opening elegant glass top sitting area that also serves breakfast and meals. There are also nice court yards that would provide you cozy and comfortable area for smaller group/couple sitting. Free breakfast includes personal made scramble eggs or egg omelettes with hams/cheese and vegetables. There are balanced fresh fruits dices and fresh fruit blends with other standard continental breakfast items. Very quiet and clean rooms with daily services. Staff will happily assist you on calling taxi or storage your luggages if you check out earlier. You receive nice and warm greetings from all staffs every morning, every time. Four of us family members all loved to stay at this hotel. A perfect 10!

Rooms are not very spacious but If you like bigger rooms, there are larger ones here with very reasonable prices.

This is a beautiful hotel with genuinely welcoming staff. The interior design succeeds in being authentic and quirky and quality - a tough combination and done with real flair. The spa bath is super-noisy, so we only enjoyed it for a minute before deciding to spare other guests (we arrived extremely late). Lovely service, and there's even a huge oxygen cylinder in the dining room. (And there's even a microfibre towel alongside the hair dryer)

We were in Cusco twice. We missed this gem the first time because we needed somewhere with parking.

Best breakfast we had during our trip, and the staff were very helpful whenever we had questions! We also enjoyed coca tea while checking in and the location was close to everything in the main city centre.

The beds were less comfortable than expected. One of our rooms also had no hot water.

The staff was really nice and very accommodating. The breakfast which was included really was good and they made an effort to make certain we were assisted. The hotel is within walking distance to the square and yet not overwhelmingly noisy, at least for our room.

The room we had was dark and small and had one window towards the hallway. The temperature was cool and fortunately we had blankets and they brought a small heater which made the dark room more comfortable.

Beutifal interior. Staff were fantastic. Enjoyed finding out more about Peru and Cusco with Root one night, and Carlos was very helpful and gave me some great advice on places to visit.

Little noisy in the morning, but I think this was possibily next door. Room was a little dark with being in the interior of a courtyard.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, with a big, cozy fireplace and fantasy restaurant. It’s also in an ideal location - within walking distance of most of the main sights in Cusco and very safe.

some rooms don’t have an exterior window. if this is important to you, be sure to check if your room has one!

Very nice food in the hotel restaurant. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean and overall the hotel is well looked after. Finally, the location is good as it is close enough to the main square but not noisy.

Although we liked that our breakfast was packed because we had a very early checkout, we didn't think it was as good as another hotel in Cusco we visited
