Historical building, warm, comfortable, friendly, great shower, wash cloths, hair dryer, soap.shampoo. safe. Great local flavor breakfast. Fruit, vegetables, eggs, meat, cheese, juice, tea, cocoa. Milk, cereal, bread toaster, jam, lots of choices. Quiet. Close to central plaza but just off the busy street.

We were charged a 10% service fee.above the price quoted on-line for paying with a credit card.

Lovely big bed and great location … staff were really kind and let us our bags behind reception for a whole night before we stayed whilst we went on a tour.

Told check in was 11am but in the end we had to wait in reception until nearly 1pm - they kept saying it would be ready in a few minutes. If they just said it won’t be ready until 1pm we would have gone for lunch and it wouldn’t have been an issue.

The staff was incrediably accommodating. I came to Peru with a 16 member medical team to volunteer in a rural part of Peru, and Rojas Inn was our meeting point. The staff was very helpful and met our special needs. The location felt safe and was at the center of lively part of Cusco.

It was hit and miss the hot water usually not that big of a deal. But a couple times came back from cold outings and really would have enjoyed a hot shower . Our room was very close to a bar that was loud all night. But I fall asleep easily. Not an issue for me.

The room was spacious and very clean! Our room faced the street, and you could hear sounds from the people outside, but the sound was quiet muffled so it wasn't too bad. Breakfast was very good and filling! Staff are very approachable and friendly. Tea in the lobby was a very nice touch when you first arrive to Cusco.

We had a fantastic stay here. The executive suite was amazing, especially for the price point. The spa bath is huge! The included breakfast was tasty with a good range of cooked and continental options. The location was fantastic. One or two blocks from the main Plaza, it was easy to walk to everything. The staff were also amazing. We were hiking the inca trail for 4 days and they happily stored our luggage for us over that time. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is amazing with a gret location, just taking 5 minutes to Plaza de Armas, restaurants and the historical centre. The room was very new, confortable, clean and with many space. The beds were very good and confortable too. I highly recomend this hotel!

The breakfast could have a little more options to eat

Breakfast was simple but good. Nothing to elaborate but tasty. Location was good as it was minutes from the centre of Cuzco. Hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable and staff was very helpful.

Eventhough location was convenient, the street was a party street, so if you are looking to get a quite night to sleep on a Saturday make sure you have ear plugs :)

Bathroom had problems overnight as the shower kept on leaking and couldn't use the tub as it didn't look clean. Had the weirdest experience with bathroom mirror but staff did their best to address all our concerns.

The hotel is ideally located in the middle of the city, close to the main attractions and restaurants. The entire hotel's staff was particularly nice and helpful, and also allowed us an early check-in, since our flight arrived early in the morning in Cusco. Breakfast could be a bit more varied, but it was always fresh and tasty.

Everything was great, l have no complaints about this structure.
