Perfect location, nice staffs, good breakfast, if you need to go out early, the hotel will prepare breakfast box for you

The room in third floor. I booked 7 nights, the first two nights we lived the 3rd floor-room. In the room you can hear music outside all night, the hotel provided earplugs which could help more or less. The critical issue for our room was the unstable hot water for shower. Hence, the property owner changed our room to 1st and 2nd floor for the rest days, they were quiet and with stable hot water. We have a great stay then. When we checked out, the hotel also gave us some discount on the accommodation for the first two days’ inconveniences. If the hotel can improve the 3rd floor room facility, it would be deserve a 10-score.

If I have to say something I would say that just in front there is a kind of bar/disco and the music is high volume till 5 am. I think depends on the room, maybe the interior ones are better, our room was little bit exposed, so if you are like my husband that cannot slip even if there is only a fly, maybe I would try earplugs or a different place. If you have no sleep problems so will be ok !

Was trying to get a higher star rating hotel but the return stay is not available. Tried this one. It was great. Not the largest room size luxury hotel room. The ambience, the deco, the people, the service… anything you can think about are top notch. They provide coca tea all day. Drinking water, hot water all day. If you have early tour plans that will miss breakfast service hour, they will pack a box lunch to pick up. Very nice breakfast, both the sit down and the takeaway. Last and most important, its location is super. Very convenient to everything. Note: Cars cannot get to the front door of the hotel. When arriving we were a little scared about the location the driver stopped at. If there is any downside, this might be it.

This place is amazing, great location, the beds are comfortable, the room is big and spacious. And the most important thing - the service! We want to say thank you for Christopher from the reception who was caring, helps us a lot and took care of our requests with lot of attention and great English.

There is a noise and music from the street till very late our but other then that everything was amazing

Our best stay as family! Fantastic room, great outdoor space that our daughter enjoy a lot! Lovely and friendly Alapaca who bring the smile to the whole family! Restaurant is great with a good choice . And best service EVER from really lovely peoples! Everybody is smiling with positive vibes. Thanks a lot ! Location is on the border of the town but really central to all the activities around.

The restaurant is freezing for breakfast, the fault to our early bird who made us come before the sun enter the room. :) not a big deal

Really lovely little hotel with a beautiful courtyard, and excellent service from the staff - helping us find the correct bus station (even phoning the bus company to double check), easy bag storage for Machu Picchu trek, early breakfasts. Location is also great for the main plaza, coffee shops and restaurants but this can also be a negative.

Worth flagging that it is on a very noisy, party street and literally opposite a club so it does get noisy in the rooms at night and we weren’t even the room closest to the street. But AirPods in and we were fine!

Great great staff, really nice inner courtyard and room, and super central location. It was the perfect location for a short stay in Cusco, and the price for the quality is unbeatable. They offer a good breakfast too.

The room I was in was toward the street with lots of nightlife - so it was quite loud during the whole night. They do have however earplugs at the reception and those helped me sleep, but I can imagine for a much more light sleeper this would not be the best.

This is a warm and friendly hotel, it's charming, clean and well run. It feels like a Peruvian villa. The breakfast is delicious. I felt like the staff were really considerate. I had some special needs travelling with my Senior father, and they really made the trip feel welcoming to us both. We loved drinking tea in the central area. We stayed in two rooms, two different stays: one was facing the street and I think many reviewers complain about the noise. It's not bad at all-- you can hear music but it's not loud, similar to when someone watches TV in a nearby room.

The location is excellent. The inside from the hotel is BEAUTIFUL. We had a very large bed which was comfy. Breakfast is great, you even get asked if you want some eggs, pancakes or fruit which they will prepare for you. Staff very polite and nice. Hotel offers breakfast to go for early departure / day tours.

Heater didn't do much (also because our room had very high cealings), but to be honest it didn't matter at all. The room didn't get so cold as I expected it to be which was very nice. Also across the hotel is a bar which plays loud music from 7pm to 5am, so bring your earplugs! (with earplugs in, sleeping is no problem)
