Hotel is at excellent location in the very heart of Cusco. It is nice and cozy, with a beautiful patio in the lobby. Hotel staff is very nice and helpful to the guests, they supported us in all aspects. The rooms was pretty small and there is no wardrobe, not very convenient for longer stay. On the other hand, all was very, very clean. the breakfast was very good. They made us lunch bags twice when we went for an early excursion. There is no elevator (2 stories only), but the staff helped us with the luggage. Free coffee, coca tea and coca leaves in the lobby.

The location is very convenient, near to many attractions, and the attached panadería serves excellent food. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We even made friends with one of the staff members! In fact, when one of us had an episode of acute mountain sickness, staff were immediately on hand with oxygen and called an ambulance to be sure we were fine (we were!)

Good location 1 block from Plaza de Armas but on another plaza or park with plenty of foot traffic. Exceptional staff always trying to help or answer questions. Coffee and Tea always available. Secure when staff is doing things or at night since the front entry is locked with buzzer access. Hot water, warm blankets, heating.

This is your typical basic breakfast so don't get excited about not having fancy. Outlets are only 220V, so, watch out for 110 appliances and they aren't labeled as 220. There's a propane heater for the main social area but wasn't ever lit. In the winter, this is cold, baby.

The location of the hotel is amazing, in the middle of the historic city centre and the pick up and drop of point from all the tours. The employees were very friendly, helpful and happy. They will go above and beyond for you.

The building is quite old, therefore the floors will creak. If you are a light sleeper I would suggest to bring earplugs to sleep more peacefully. It could have been a little bit cleaner, but the friendliness of the staff made up for that.

Property was good price in a great location right next to the main square. Rooms and bathroom was comfortable. The star of this property was the staff , they were incredibly kind and helpful every time we had a question. We even got oxygen when experiencing altitude sickness. Honestly couldn’t ask for better staff and was very grateful for their help and hospitality.

The hotel is old and historic but the bathroom could use a makeover to utilize the old aspect of the hotel. Because of the age, the old wooden floors creaked that it shook the bed when someone walked in the next room. That’s the bad part of old and historic.

Very good location, easy to reach, I order taxi recommended by hotel. I stayed in the hotel longer because Cusco is quite high and body need to get use to. Very helpful staff, hotel also run a bakery in the square, they gave me a nice pack breakfast if I went for a trip very early morning.

the room was very noisy I didn’t sleep well at all. in the villas defense, there was a festival of some sort being set up across from my balcony with hammering all night band practice starting at 8am and then the festival after that

Two edge sword situation. The hotel is located on one of the plazas and there was a festival going on so it was nice to enjoy something so spontaneously but the on goers were there until the wee hours of the morning.

The location of this hotel is very good - Right next to the square and a lot of great restaurants.

It's located right next to the streets so it gets quite noisy even in late evenings with car horning. But it is out of the hotel's control and I could bear with it.
