Location is excellent. Not on a road, on a pedestrian walkway. Close enough to the road to roll or carry luggage and get cabs without road noise of cars and honking horns. Easy walk to the main square. Small market and restaurants right next door. Very helpful and friendly staff. Wilson is a good manager at the front desk.

The rooms are a bit loud with other people in their rooms. This is true in most hotels however. We were there for three nights and things got quiet after 11 pm or so and then around 5am things got loud again because the kitchen was preparing food for guest breakfast and guests were up early to catch trains and buses to tourist attractions.

Great location, walking distance to everything and lots of bars and restaurants close by. Rooms were fairly traditional and old looking/ not modern, but this was fine for us (just to bare this in mind if you usually stay in very modern hotels)

Rooms at the front of the hotel can be extremely loud. We told the staff and they were super helpful and moved us, wish we’d asked them sooner :)

Great location close to the Plaza de las Armas and market. Our room had a good hot shower and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good and in a room with a nice view. Staff were helpful.

We had an internal triple room. It could be very noisy from a local club, but this didn’t last all night.

The personnel of the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. Wilson, Carlos, and Jessica made my visit a positive experience.

Unfortunately, The hotel is located next to clubs and a others entreteiments places and the level of noice is highly uncorfortable.

HOtel is in the heart of historic part of Cusco. It was easy to walk everywhere. The staff of the hotel was very helpful and nice. We got a room at the lower floor, but there was not much natural light, so we asked to move bit higher and it was not a problem. we moved up and there was room with more natural light, we prolonged our stay for one more day.

Views from 3rd floor breakfast location. I'm traveling as a single woman, I felt safe to/from hotel because it was on a well trafficked main street.

The shower drainage was poor, was always in a pool of water when taking a shower.

Incredible location on a street that is closed to traffic. Two blocks from the Plaza de Armas, and my room even had a view of the cathedral. The room was comfortable and spacious and had a bit of old school charm. Staff was great and even helped book some excursions!

WiFi was touchy.

I loved everything about this property! Super convenient location! Very walkable and easy to find. The hotel itself is very easy to navigate and the rooms are perfect. I also loved that we had a balcony!

Great location and friendly, helpful staff. It was very nice of hotel to prepare us lunch bags on our way to the tour.
