I please with th help of the staff. with safety. But one thing I wasn't happy with asking me to pay the pick up taxi from the Airport, unfortunately I was not able to see, eventhough I have waited enough time. finally I had to take any available taxi to get to my destination.

The property is well located in the historical center. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and nice.

The hotel is a bit basic. Some of the rooms do not have windows or any way to ventilate. There are some gaps over the door that do not always open but always transfer light from the lobby.The radiator in my room was not working but the staff replaced it immediately.

Great location, walking distance to everything and lots of bars and restaurants close by. Rooms were fairly traditional and old looking/ not modern, but this was fine for us (just to bare this in mind if you usually stay in very modern hotels)

Rooms at the front of the hotel can be extremely loud. We told the staff and they were super helpful and moved us, wish we’d asked them sooner :)

Location is excellent. Not on a road, on a pedestrian walkway. Close enough to the road to roll or carry luggage and get cabs without road noise of cars and honking horns. Easy walk to the main square. Small market and restaurants right next door. Very helpful and friendly staff. Wilson is a good manager at the front desk.

The rooms are a bit loud with other people in their rooms. This is true in most hotels however. We were there for three nights and things got quiet after 11 pm or so and then around 5am things got loud again because the kitchen was preparing food for guest breakfast and guests were up early to catch trains and buses to tourist attractions.

Great location close to the Plaza de las Armas and market. Our room had a good hot shower and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good and in a room with a nice view. Staff were helpful.

We had an internal triple room. It could be very noisy from a local club, but this didn’t last all night.

Good location, big room, electric heater in the room for the cold nights, electric kettle on request, hotel bit outdated, walls are thin, bathroom small

Great place to crash after our long flights and layovers to Cuzco. Very comfortable beds, ample breakfasts, and accommodating staff. Good neighborhood to begin exploration of this beautiful city.

Very good location, just at the pedestrian street, around all shops and restaurants, few minutes walk from the main square. The staff was very helpful.

The only thing I could complain was that the room was very cold.

The location - being close to everything in walking distance. However, it's placed on a very noisy street. We had a room with balcony facing the main street. Spacious and clean room. Good breakfast.

The personnel of the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. Wilson, Carlos, and Jessica made my visit a positive experience.

Unfortunately, The hotel is located next to clubs and a others entreteiments places and the level of noice is highly uncorfortable.
