The location of the hotel was perfect: We were able to walk all over the town and to get to our final destination seamlessly! The taxi service war phenomenal. It was already waiting for us at the airport, and it was at 4:30 p.m. sharp when it was time to leave. Breakfast was delicious! so many options, healthy, beautifully presented, and the service was amazing!

To stay longer! We stay two nights when we arrived, and two nights before we leave. The front desk personnel were helpful, kind. You can feel everyone wants to make you feel welcome and want you to have the best experience ever!

Property is beautiful and in an utterly fantastic location, just off the main square and surrounded by brilliant restaurants! The staff were so friendly and helpful in booking taxis etc. The hotel is clean and very well maintained.

This sounds ridiculous but I found the pillows too soft and my neck was sore as a result. Also, the first night an alarm went off at midnight - we never found out what it was! Breakfast gives the option for you to have eggs cooked to order, however there is only one chef with one pan so a queue soon builds up. The courtyard style of the building means windows face on to the landings. I would have appreciated some blinds over the bathroom window (distorted glass) as there was a table and chairs directly outside!

Great location, great value, lovely staff. Breakfast is good and so is the tea always available. Very accommodating.

My father in law had a balcony room and the walls are very thin so he was kept awake all night with constant street noise. When we first checked in, our rooms weren’t ready and they failed to tell us it would take another 30-40 minutes of waiting, they just said “wait here and your room will be ready soon”, but we had a tour to get to in 30 minutes. It would have helped if they were more precise, maybe some people would prefer to walk around the downtown area for those 30-40 minutes than be kept waiting in the lobby. However, this experience in the beginning didn’t take away from our stay, it was a very minor inconvenience.

The hotel is in an amazing location...on the smaller square, one block from the Plaza de Armas. The hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was great as far as hotel breakfasts go and the staff was very friendly and helpful. And to top it off it was a great value! We live about 1.5 hours away and visit Cusco often. We had been looking for a hotel that we loved that was a good value and we found it!

Beds are on the firm side which my in-laws liked, but we're a little firmer than I like. However, I still got a good night sleep and the sheets and bedding were nice.

Fabulous location just off the main square but nice and quiet. Service was perfect l, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Bathroom getting old compared to the rest but still very nice. No hair dryer and reception had run out of stock which was a little of a pain because we had to go out with wet hair in 4 degree Celsius weather ( August).

Took packed breakfast for the second morning as we were leaving very early, which was good. Nice courtyard and hotel facilities.

We should have been offered packed breakfasts on first morning, we weren't give the option and missed breakfast as early start.

The hotel is soooo cute, an old beautiful building with a character. I loved the location, which is in the center of Cusco. We loved the restaurant and we didn’t want to eat anywhere else. The staff was amazing, they help you with everything. The only little thing was a bed which was not so comfortable. But overall it is a beautiful hotel and I highly reccommend it!

Perfect location in the centre of Cusco, everything within walking distance. Very nice staff, who go above and beyond to help you out and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Food is very good both for breakfast and even if you opt for lunch or dinner. Very nice restaurants around the hotel as well.

Hotel is very nice - style and design. Close to the city center. Our room was on the very top floor - lift and then two set of stairs. Breakfast is great.

Our room was on the very top and was kind of smaller and the furniture was a bit older and used. But worked ok.

The location is amazing. Very central. The hotel staff spoke fluent English, so communication was easy. They stored my excess bags while I went on my 5 day hike. Breakfast was buffet style and had lots of options as well as a chef to cook you some eggs how ever you like.
