This place is a gem. We were very happy with the rooms and accommodations. The staff was one of our favorites. The location is not to far from the main plaza. We stayed two nights before a 5 day trek and then another night when we got back. They had our stored luggage in our rooms when we came back from our trek. The breakfast included was a huge plus. Verity of fresh fruits, eggs cooked to our liking, pancakes (crepes in america), juices, teas, coffee and more. The tea bar in the lobby was a go to every morning and everything night. Thank you Cooper Boutique for everything. Highly recommend for staying in Cusco.

Beds were a little stiff. I believe they are upside-down.

Location, just minutes walk to the main plaza. Very good breakfast, including nice take-out box breakfast when we had to leave early in the morning for our tours. And above all, great staffs. We stayed here for 3 nights, with a few nights break in between. Our first night stay was in a room with only internal window. After talking to the staff, they moved us to another room with street view. They stored our luggage while we were on the Inca Trail. They also let us relaxing in the lobby for hours after we checked out, as our departure from Cusco was at 8:50pm. Highly recommend this hotel.

Cooper Hotel Boutique is one of my favorite boutique hotels I have ever stayed in. My room was modern, spacious, and clean. The staff handled everything with a smile. The breakfast was excellent. They even made box lunches for every full day excursion I took. This hotel is close to everything. I will recommend this hotel to everyone going to Cusco.

If noises bother you, ask for a back room. People inquiring at the desk or leaving early in the morning can be heard. I stayed in a front room and would do so again as the noise to me was insignificant.

The hotel is very well located, in the historic center, just a few meters from the main square (Plaza de Armas). We stayed in two different rooms at Cooper Hotel. The Deluxe Room is very good, clean, and pleasant, with a balcony facing the street. Everything was working well in the room, and we didn’t miss anything. However, the Queen Room had a bad smell coming from the bathroom, and it didn’t have any windows to the outside of the building. I would suggest staying in the Deluxe Room. The hotel's common facilities are excellent, offering water and tea 24 hours a day. The breakfast is fantastic (the best we had during our entire trip to Peru). In addition to the food being super fresh, the staff who prepare the meals are extremely kind and attentive. The receptionists, especially Corina, are outstanding! They are very efficient and solved every issue we brought to them. They also gave us excellent tips and always tried to help us in the best way possible. Conclusion: Definitely worth the investment. Excellent hotel, excellent location, excellent service, and excellent breakfast.

Very nice, cozy hotel in a great location in Cuzco, just a couple blocks off the main square and near lots of restaurants and shops. Room did not have an exterior view or window, but the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and the shower was nice and strong, and breakfast (especially the French Toast) was great.

There is some sort of disco next door, so you can hear the music thumping, though not too loudly, probably till 11 or 11:30. The hotel does provide earplugs if you are sensitive to to that.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was particularly impressed by that the hotel provided a bagged breakfast for us before our early morning departure on an excursion to Machu Picchu. The hotel's regular breakfast also offered a variety of choices (breads, fruits) and eggs made to order. The location is only about a block from the main plaza, so you are very close to the main city attractions.

There were just a few minor things. The breakfast room was a little warm with the sun shining in. Also, since the hotel is so close to the plaza, we could hear music from around the city late at night (this didn't bother us but could bother a light sleeper).

The staff was really attentive and friendly. Breakfast (even if I couldn’t enjoy it because I got sick) had different things to choose from. Location is good! Close to the main square but not close enough for it to get too busy. There is always hot water in the shower.

Our room was right across the reception, next to the stairs and also from a toilet anyone can use, so we didn’t feel all the privacy we wished we could have. The TV is a bit small, the room is definitely not soundproof and the curtains let in some light from the street. Even if it doesn’t get too loud, would’ve been nice to have a soundproof room.

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel. Our large room was clean and had a small balcony overlooking the street. Despite the street frontage it was not too noisy. There was also a beautiful rooftop terrace where an excellent breakfast is served and which proved to be an ideal space to spend some time while not exploring Costco. Staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Very close to the central Plaza, restaurants and other sights.

Communication before my arrival was very good. I was over three hours late due to a train delay and I was given an extra hour for check out without charge. The room was very clean and nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. There was a great variety of food for breakfast which was all very good. Location is in the centre of the town. I was leaving Cusco late on my check day and was able to store my luggage there for the day. The lady on reception was very helpful confirming where the bus station was and letting me sort out my bags before leaving.

I arrived late at night and was not even offered help with my bags up the stairs or to my room by the guy on the desk. All other staff were very friendly though.

The location was great! The hotel was quaint and small and all of our families rooms were right on the main floor area. We could not hear anything from the inside with people walking through the lobby. Very close to the square and chocolate museum and close enough to a great little crepe shop a couple blocks away. The breakfast was amazing and the front desk ladies were wonderful, kind and helpful.

So, the hardest part was the traffic noise- which is not the hotels fault. Cusco taxi's LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to use their horns. Cusco also likes to party UNTIL 6am, and then it starts all over again. We had an early morning and Saturday night was flat out AWFUL! Our room overlooked the street, which was a sweet view (kind of like being on a European street), but just with flat out ridiculous car noise. So if you are a light, medium or almost deep sleeper, you will hear the horns going ALL night. It may be different if you are in an inner hotel room. I did read reviews, but overlooked this. I would try staying again, but only if I was in an inner room- or they did something to the windows/door to make them sound proof.
