Everything was perfect. The room is beautiful and the view to the city was perfect. The staff were also very nice and always willing to help with whatever we needed.

It has nothing to do with the hotel but we had some trips starting at 3am & 4 am in the morning and the van couldn’t take us from the hotel door so we had to go to the cathedral. On the street that goes to the cathedral there are some clubs where the locals are getting drunk. We didn’t feel safe at all as they were all staying drunk in the middle of the street so we had to go through people who were arguing or were urinating on the street. So I recommend to ask your guide to take you from the street Don Bosco as it is very close to the hotel and it’s safer.

the walk up to property from the main plaza is steep. so a challenge in the altitude for some in the group. However, taxi’s were cheap to use to get up the hill. There are a lot of Clubs at the end of the street 6 pm - 6 am so the sound carries at night

What a gorgeous little hostal. The staff were lovely, the facilities fantastic, clean comfortable beds and a bit os space to spread out a bit. Lots of stairs to navigate but very helpful with luggage. Breakfast was great and tea/ coffee available all day. The staff were very attentive to our needs and always happy to assist. Location close to main square.

We stayed at Hostal Corihuasi for two nights after trekking in the Andes and visiting Machu Pichu. It’s a really lovely place to stay with a great ambiance. We received a warm welcome and were offered tea on arrival. Staff were really helpful. The location is ideal as it’s only 5 min walk down the hill to the Plaza de Armas. Our triple room was very spacious with 3 large beds for 3 people. It was very, very quiet at night and the beds were really comfortable. Breakfasts were very good and freshly cooked eggs were provided according to our choice. There are lots of steps (up and down) outside to get to the rooms, but the staff were very helpful in carrying our bags. Very reasonable price per person per night. Highly recommend.

The location was fantastic, as the Hotel is located very close to the Plaza de Armas of Cusco and other main attractions. The hotel staff was always very helpful, kind and polite and the quality of the cleaning services and breakfast was exceptional. The rooms were very nice, the beds were extremely comfortable and the views of the city from the hotel were fantastic. I would recommend a stay at Hostal Corihuasi to anyone.

Our favorite place in all of our Peru holliday. It is a charming, small, simple place with lots of charm. Uphill from the main square, our stay in Cuzco was all the more wonderful. The staff helped us navigate our trip to Ollantaytambo and Machu Picchu, and the breakfast is small but delicious (with great views). Our room was lovely and warm. If we ever go back to Cuzco, we won't think twice. Also, see if you catch the receptionist/owner(?) on IncaRail's promotional videos for that celebrity rush!

Although we specified a quiet room, we were assigned the one right next to the reception and breakfast area. When we asked for another room, they understood and promptly gave us an incredible room. They also wanted to show us more options. Simply amazing service! That is to say. There is absolutely nothing I did not like about the place.

The staff is phenomenal, the view is breath taking, and the hotel is charming. The water is hot, the breakfast is good, and they have coca tea and coffee all day and night. The location is great too. A short walk to Plaza de Armas. I fell ill with altitude sickness and salmonella my first night in Peru and one of the staff went to the pharmacy to get me oxygen, and brought me coca tea to my room. Extremely nice of them. Above and beyond normal hotel service. The older gentleman who works overnight carries everyone’s luggage up and down the stairs when they arrive. They are all so friendly. They sell water bottles for 2 sol, which is convenient when you arrive late at night.

I can hear the people walking above me at night. But I think you’ll find noise to be an issue pretty much anywhere you stay in Cusco.

I stayed at this hotel for about a week and absolutely loved it. It is true that the location is not a fit for all due to a steep ascent but it’s very central and offers incredible views of Cusco city from common areas and rooms! The staff were very helpful and attentive. I was in love with my room, it was cosy, stylish and very functional. A warm shower with great water pressure was exactly what I needed every night after a long day of exploring the area. The facilities were pristine clean, the offered breakfast was decent accompanied by a good coffee. I will 100% stay here again if even back to Cusco.

Stayed for 3 non consecutive nights in this hotel. The rooms and showers were clean and beds were really comfortable. Abit of a walk uphill from the plaza but it’s definitely doable especially after a few days of acclimatising to the altitude. We had a room next to the reception on one of the nights - that was a non restful night. We could hear conversations from the reception throughout and was awoken at 4am by incessant sounds of door bell ringing (which we gather is the reception staff calling for the bellboy). The other 2 rooms we had were otherwise fairly quiet, so if possible do try to avoid the room next to the reception!
