Absolute best place to stay in Cusco! Such a cosy, beautiful little home styled stay. A short walk up some steps from the main square, but worth it for the AMAZING view you get from the terrace up top. the main area is filled with beautiful plants, reception staff were welcoming. a single room was small but had everything you needed. Breakfast was simple with eggs, bread, jam, coffee and a few other combos to choose from, but was so yummy. i’d highly recommend to everyone! Oh and lots of layers on the bed made it really warm.

The view from the breakfast place and terrace was spectacular, overlooking the city and with the mountains on the background. Breakfast was good (eggs, bread, fresh juice, tea). The place was very close to the central square and to San Blas. The staff was helpful and stored our luggage in a locked place (for free up to 5 days).

The shower electric heater was not strong enough and you had to almost shut the faucet to get good temperature. There were two shared bathrooms in our floor, and the problem was especially severe in the bathroom that had a window and was very cold. There is no car access to the place so be ready to climb the staircase on Calle Resbalosa to reach the hostal.

Really nice inside, amazing view on the terrace, and breakfast options were good although there wasn't the sausage option (listed on the menu) on my second day of the stay. Good place to meet other travellers, and the location on Resbalosa street is close to the square but less touristy than staying right ON the square/its main roads.

The room (room 7) was freezing cold (Although they do give blankets!!) and the bed seemed like it was really old, as it had a huge dent in the middle -- the mattress felt like a donut! Also, the shared bathroom didn't have hot water and I tried ti twice during my stay

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. We also appreciated that they allowed us a late checkout, which made our stay more comfortable.

The rooms were a bit cold, and the shower often didn’t have enough hot water. It would have been much more comfortable with better heating and a more reliable hot water supply.

The overall Hostel is very nice. The rooftop terrace gives a beautiful view over the city. There are several areas where you can sit and relax. The team is very helpful and supportive. Laundry service available. For breakfast you can choose between 6 combos (10-15 Soles). They have also other food k in their rooftop restaurant. Your can reach the Plaza de Armas in ca. 5 min by going down a nice path.

After my booking I received lots of messages. Some of the messages where inconsistent with the others. I was told that my reservation with booking is not valid and after sharing my email address, I received a link to a payment process where I had to pay additional fees to confirm my reservation. The access to the hostel from the Plaza de Armas is via an uncomfortable staircase which you need to climb. Access is only possible from 5 am to 12 pm - don't party at all or really party.

The terrace view is incredible and the location is great. So close to the centre however just far enough away its not hectic. The staff are very helpful with booking tours and have great rates.

As others have said, you need to be prepared for the steps to get back. It is close however you lose breath easily with the altitude at first.

The staff is helpful and nice, the room is clean and the bathroom is in great condition, good bang for back ratio for Cusco, in case of water outage there's shared bathroom that you can use.

After 5 minutes shower the water was colder, but after a few minutes they start to become warm again, not something to be worried about.

Property was nice and clean within walking distance from city centre :) Breakfast was really good and for the two mornings when we had to leave early for our tour we get packed breakfast.

It would be really nice if the would be a station with hot water or access to facilities to make tea and coffee.

Amazing staff, amazing views, very comfortable rooms and services. The check in process online was very user-friendly and saved us a lot of time upon arrival. Also the tours and transportation services offered by the front desk are very helpful and extensive.

The first days take your time climbing up the stairs to avoid headaches :-).

The location was very comfortable, close to the 'Plaza de Armas,' and the central area was green and very, very nice

In the bedroom, the floor was made of wood, very comfortable and nice, but it made sounds every time we walked. That was the only thing that wasn't very enjoyable
