The room is spacious and clean and the hosts are AMAZING!!! The bed is good and warm. Breakfast is okay and location very central although you need to climb many stairs to arrive.

The property is older as what it looks in the photos. It was not a problem but had to mention it.

Fantastic staff, very kind and accommodating. Nice, fresh breakfast, and for the early mornings when we had to miss breakfast due to excursions, they provided a sandwich at 4 am in the morning! The lobby has tea always available. A clean, quiet room with a shower that had great water pressure and a massive supply of hot water. The property provided a powerful hair dryer upon request, as well as additional towels. They also let us leave our luggage in storage when we went on the Inca trail. Super kind throughout.

The hotel is situated at the top of a slope, so be prepared for a bit of trek up the slope after a day out :) However, the view is great and there is a restaurant a stone's throw from the hotel where you can enjoy a drink overlooking Cusco - fantastic view.

I loved my stay here so I extended it. The owners and the staff are so helpful, friendly and all.round lovely people. The breakfast was good. The room was lovely and everything was super great. The only exception was a few people in one of the rooms making noise until gone 2 or 3am on one night, but that's not the owners fault. I think they were French from memory and so typically not very conscious of their actions or others. The laundry service was super fast and great too! I loved it all!

The place is lovely and clean. The host Amanda is super helpful. I forgot my laptop at Lima airport, and when she came to pick me up, she helped me call the relevant airport authorities with her cell phone and made sure I filed the complaint. She went the extra mile to make sure I was okay. Also, my checkout was very early, and she made sure I got at least a coffee before I left, and they also offered me bread and ham. (Even though breakfast started at 7am) Loved the stay. The bed was comfy, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was amazing. Right next to the best view point of Cusco, plaza de San Cristóbal. Will definitely stay there on my next visit to Cuzco.

The staff is extremely friendly. They really want to make you feel at home. You don't have to ask for cleaning, they do that automatically. There is always time for a chat with them. Everything is clean, they provide toiletries, clean towels, warm shower etc. They respect your privacy which isn't everywhere. Its a bit of a walk to get to the hotel, but the view and the people make it worth! I would definitely recommend this place for everyone who finds these things valuable.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast each morning was wonderful, and they very kindly accomodated vegetarian restrictions. The hotel is very close to Sacsahuamn, and in a very vertical part of the city. Prepare for many, many stairs getting back to the hotel - or a few cab rides! The hotel is very cute, and has a lot of personality. We originally booked two nights of our 7 night trip, and ended up staying four nights there, two in Aguas Calientes, and one more on the way back through Cusco. We would definitely return.

We loved the castle-like hotel. The rooms were clean and the experience was good. The common spaces in the hotel were amazing, really felt like we were in a different world. The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to help us catch a bus when our privately arranged driver didn't show up at 6am. Highly recommend this hotel. We loved it.

The breakfast included wasn't wonderful. The egg was good though.

Everything was great for the price . Receptionist spoke English. The beds are comfortable. The shower is hot! The lobby is impressive with stone walls and pillars. Calm area. Very quiet. Good view of the city.

The location is not far from center but uphill so going back to the hotel by foot is not easy. Just be aware
