The staff were amazing and kind. The beds were comfortable and most importantly, the hot showers were the best. The water pressure was phenomenal. They also provide a box lunch for days when you're going on a tour and would have to leave by 3-4 am because they knew we would miss the free breakfast. Also, they cook the breakfast as they are ordered. The buffet had fruits, bread, and cereal as well as coffee, teas, and juices.

The only thing that I did have an issue with was the noise late at night and early morning. But that was NOT the hotel's fault. The floorboards were creaky so you could hear every room around you but that's expected since the building was built in the 1500s. But when I mentioned it was difficult to sleep, the staff switched us to a room as far from the front desk as they could get me. Ensuring there would be nobody above us. I was incredibly grateful for their consideration and going above and beyond.

Beautiful hotel at the best location possible - it is located in the cute and quiet San Blas area, a few blocks away from all the best restaurants and stores. The hotel is a bit up the hill, so it is above all the loud nightlife, and our room had a beautiful view of the city. The room was beautiful, furnished in colonial style, very spatious, comfortable and clean, with good heating. Breakfast is great, and the staff is extremely helpful. Laundry is available too, which was a huge help after our Machu Picchu trip. Perfect choice, highly recommend!

This charming boutique hotel was perfect for our Cusco stay, because it was small, traditional and very welcoming. Close enough to the main square and lots of restaurants, shops and attractions but far enough to avoid the crowds. Within less than 10 mins walk to the main Plaza it made for an outstanding Cusco experience. Even though the property was on a charming narrow street up a hill, its ok for those with mobility challenges because taxis are plentiful, cheap and easily accessible. The facilities were within a beautiful old property and the rooms included a full bath and other amenities. All the Staff was exceptional and cared for every need or wish from its guests. They communicated efficiently with our group, arranged transportation from and to the airport, offered a variety of tour option and food recommendations, etc. To top the stay, the well appointed buffet breakfast was nice and included made to order items which made for a terrific start of the day. The staff bent over backwards to satisfy and serve the guests, exceeding our expectations and making this stay a fantastic experience. For our very early Machu Pichuu tour departure, they even set us up with a bagged snack to ensure that we had something to eat. I highly recommend this Hotel for a Cusco stay!

I found nothing that we did not like in this property! The only thing to look for was the shower's hot water use. At worst it was lukewarm (probably if it coincided with other guests water usage) and at best it was steaming hot.

Everything was super nice. Starting with the Staff. Very kind and helpful with any kind of request. Room was superb: quite large, nice bathroom, and great view. Breakfast was super delicious and freshly made every morning. Got the room cleaned everyday, no complains.

Perhaps the location is a bit difficult to reach due to the slope but no issue with a right driver. Few renovations are required, like the hair dryer or like the windows in the bathroom that started to rot a bit.

I had an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at home. My room was spacious, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable — I slept like a dream! The shower had perfect water pressure and was consistently hot. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the main square. I honestly didn’t want to leave. Cusco is such an incredible city, and this stay made it even more special.

Very clean and quiet place, with a perfect location to visit Cusco (especially on foot). We arrived well past midnight and left very early 2 days later, but both check-in and check-out were so warm and smooth. Breakfast is great - fresh juices and fruits, made to order omlette, warm bread. The view from the room was also lovely. Tony at the reception helped us find a great option to visit Machu Picchu - thank you Tony!

The room was quite cold when we arrived, it took a while to warm it up with the heater. At night it got chilly without having the heater on.

Clean room. Very nice breakfast staff. Very comfortable bed. Good heater. Hot water.

It's on a big hill. See street view in Google maps. There's not many restaurants nearby. It's easy to walk to the plaza but a bit tougher to get back up the hill. The layout of the room we had was kind of weird because it had a little sitting room between the bedroom and bathroom, Although not a problem, it did result in being freezing every time you had to go to the bathroom.

Miguel and his partner are amazing, lovely, kind and very helpful people. You can feel that they are running this place feom their heart and treat everyone as family members. The rooms are specious and clean, the beds are super comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is very close to all the main attractions and it was safe to walk on the street in the evenings. I will definately come back to this place again and I highly encourage everyone to stay here.

Rooms have a heater and comfy bed. The free a la carte breakfast was wonderful. You can choose from your choice of eggs, bread, juices/coffee/tea, yogurt, granola, etc. The hotel can arrange a private taxi to the airport for you for just 25 soles. There is hot water/coca available in the lobby but it would have been nice if I could have my own water kettle in my room.

The hotel is located on top of a hill, but it is also just a 10 minute walk to the main plaza area. I got taxis upon arrival and departure so it was not a big deal for me. Also I could hear people outside talking from my room.

All the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly which really made us feel at home and certainly well looked after. The breakfast was great as was the location being so close to plaza de armas. Shower had hot water all the time.

The room no 11 on the ground floor although having a small balcony didn’t have any window view from the bed which only faced the bathroom door. As the room is very close to reception we could here all the conversations between people arriving and leaving.
