We stayed on 3 seperate occasions for 1 night each around our tours and the hotel had luggage storage so we didn't have to take everything with us which was great. The staff were really friendly and helpful with someone always there. The rooms were comfortable, clean and had everything you needed. The location was amazing, right by the main square with loads to do and places to eat/drink right on the doorstep.

The breakfast was OK but things did run out quite a bit so id recommend going early.. The last night there was a dog in the room above ours which was quite noisy.

Small hotel only one block to central plaza. Warm blankets for the room . Staff really nice but spoke only Spanish but still very friendly.

A bit old and small for a twin room. Tv not working and not much light in the room. Not always hot water but it's common in the country. One night lot of screaming all night no one did anything about it. Staff next morning was gonna check about it. Safe hotel but a bit scary with the angry and screaming person. They also banged on different doors. Spoke in Spanish so I didn't know what it was all about.

Great location, very friendly staff, decent breakfast, hot showers, secure entry, 24hr reception.

Room was cold and seems like a poorly built add on with no insulation at all (split level apartment). The heaters barely kept the room bearable. Dirtiest hotel we stayed in in all of Peru so far (8 hotels now) but still fairly clean, mostly just dusty under furniture which has not been the case elsewhere. Loud at night due to club somewhere nearby, goes until 5:30am sometimes, earplugs help.

Location is great, room is large (split level apartment), staff has been great. Bedding is warm enough for the cold room.

Dirties hotel room we have stayed in Peru (stayed in 7 before this) but just dusty under beds and couches not super gross or anything. Breakfast is all cold food except eggs to order. Heaters are not sufficient to heat the space and they are in rough shape with missing dials.

Location is amazing - less than one block from the Plaza de las Armas. Also the staff are fantastic. They have a simple breakfast every morning and there is always coca tea available. This of course isn't anything the hotel has done wrong per se so I'm not putting it in the below section, but travelers should be aware: there's no central heat. It's an old building and I'm guessing retrofitting would be prohibitively expensive. They give a ton of blankets but without central heat there's only so much they can do. I did see a space heater in the hallway at one point so they may have some to lend, however I never inquired about it. Keep in mind Peru is southern hemisphere, so the seasons are inverted from the northern ones.

Location and the staff. Amazing location with easy access to city historic center, restaurants, shopping, and tours. Staff is amazingly impressive. Great customer care.

Little old inside. Not great lighting and ventilation inside. But there are courtyards, great place to hang around.

It was good, the service and the people were great! There was hot water, the breakfast was good and they give you free coca leaves and hot water 24/7 for tea to acclimate to the altitude

The bathroom was way too small, and the room was very cold but they provide a lot of throws so it doesn’t get that bad at night

Fantastic location, only minutes from central square and all the attractions and eateries. Very friendly staff, always happy to help and greeted cheerfully. Stored my bag twice whilst away on treks. Clean and large rooms.

View cute patio, rooms were comfortable and spacious enough for a family. Good quality beds. Excellent location. Good service, simple but good breakfast.

No water fountain in the facilities. No fridge in the room

It was very clean, the staff was nice. The facilities are pretty.

The lack of a heater made us not feel so comfortable in the room. It was hard to shower and stay there if not to sleep.
