The hotel sits in an unbeatable location —just a 20-minute drive from the airport and right on the Plaza de Armas, offering beautiful views of the square. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always eager to help. Breakfast, served from 6:00 to 10:00, was generous and varied—eggs, meats, pastries, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, and cereals, plus a coffee bar and delicious fresh juices (orange, papaya, and pineapple). We also ate lunch and dinner at our hotel, food was delicious both times. There’s also a lovely rooftop terrace that stays open until 10 PM—a perfect spot to unwind after a long day of hiking.

Do note: evenings can get a little noisy due to the plaza’s buzz, so packing earplugs might be a smart move. We stayed there for 4 nights during the Cusco festival and luckily our room was off the street, so the noise wasn’t affecting our sleep too much, plus we were too tired from hiking and sightseeing.

I like that the location of the property is in the center of the historical district. The size of the room is good but too old. water pressure is low which I guess common in Cuzco. Also, I was expecting to have a balcony but ended up looking out to a wall. I was out most of the time but it would be nice to have some kind of a view and not a wall. also, the room needs a bit more heating, one portable heater is not enough.

The water pressure is low and the room is sensory deprived. I requested for a room with a view but instead I was looking out to a wall. when I booked, I was not given another option. I wouldn't mind paying.

My daughter and I stayed here and loved it so much. The taxi was great and prompt each direction. The staff at the hotel made sure we were taken care of from start to end. I had laundry done there and it was really easy. Hotel was clean. I own a cleaning company and I am picky and thought they did a great job having it clean for us. breakfast was great. Having the restaurant was nice to have there. The view of the square was fantastic. They held our bags after check out until we needed to leave for the airport.

I loved the location because we could watch the Festival of the Sun from the terrace.

I did Not like that our room did Not have a wifi connection. It was very frustrating to have to stay in the cafe to do work that night. That is probably why that one room was available. The staff moved us to a different room the second day though. I also wanted to change on booking.com to prepayment which would have saved me $75, I was not able to do so before hand even though I communicated with booking and the hotel directly. I do not feel I should have had to pay $130, especially the first night without wifi.

Great staff, rooms clean, smack dab in the center so easy to walk to everything. Really nice breakfast and they hand make espresso and cappuccinos for you for a small fee. Lunch and dinner is also available. There is a terrace on top with insane views that they don't really promote but is awesome. Just go to fourth floor and walk through sitting area and up stairs. Staff very professional and friendly.

Location location location. The service and the interior, bedding was modern and comfortable

Noise. I lived in a room with a balcony facing the street. The good parts is that I can see the view outside. But the noise till close to 11 pm can be loud. Depending on personal preference, I think this is tolerable. Breakfast was good but they always running low on hot food such as eggs and sausages.

Centrally located along Plaza de Armas. Restaurant and provided breakfast was nice atmosphere and good food. All staff were exceptionally helpful, they went out of their way to put us in the most comfortable room available and moved us when we weren’t happy

The rooms on 1 side of the building face a VERY busy and loud street, we couldn’t get much sleep our first night. Rooms on other side had very little ventilation and there were no fans

Location couldn’t be beat. This hotel is right on the main Plaza De Armas square. You’re right in the middle of the historic center. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We used their laundry service which was fast, and they helped us order taxis for less money than you could get an Uber.

It is noisy when you’re trying to sleep, but that’s because the location is directly above the Main Street. Ese plugs were a must and helped a lot.

Location was incredible. So was the elevator after hiking. The roof terrace was incredible for views of Cusco.

The bathroom/toilet was awkward to access due to the opening of the door and position of the toilet. The window in the shower didn’t close so draped a towel in the gap. Breakfast could have been better, with the replenishment of scrambled eggs and fruit being more prompt rather than having to ask.

Very nice hotel. I was able to store mu luggage with them free of charge when I was on the Inca trail. The staff were very nice and the desk was staffed 24 hours a day. The breakfast was nice with a view of the plaza. I also had my laundry done for a reasonable price and my clothes were delivered to my room in excellent condition.
