The location near the central square was fantastic. Staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful - both the front desk staff and the breakfast staff. Nice breakfast buffet, with eggs to order. Also liked tea always available.

My only complaint was that the rooms were a little noisy. I stayed in both internal courtyard (small) and street side (very spacious). On the street side, there is a disco across the street - it was only noisy one night. To be expected street traffic given the location.

It’s well located and clean. Bed were Confortable. Staff was nice.

The noise from guests. The breakfast is basic. They could not keep up with replenishing the food and coffee. They were out of coffee for a good 20 minutes. Como shampoo- conditioner. It doesn’t work, have it separated!

The location could not be better. The tour in Cusco is very tiring in the first few days, due to the lack of oxygen. This is the best hotel choice that can be made, in terms of location. The attendants are very friendly.

I have no complaints or problems to point out.

The location is fantastic, just a few meters from Plaza de Armas, with losts of restaurants and attractions within easy walking distance. The helfullness of the hotel staff was also exceptional (namely Thalia, Eliana, ALberto, Daniel and Adolfo). Tours may be booked through another Casa Andina hotel nearby, and the hotel offers luggage storage while you are on an extended tour (like a trip to Machu Picchu).

I did like everything in the hotel, so que question isn't applicable.

Location was great. Right next to Plaza de Aramas. Drop off from tours we took was always near Plaza so easy walk to hotel. Not very hilly as rest of Cusco can be. Breakfast was good. Very close to many restaurants.

Being close to Plaza was a little noisy but not too loud.

We were very well accommodated, the room with two suites,it’s simple but well taken care of. And a great localization All the staff is very kind too.

There is no elevator or minibar.

location was perfect, central.. breakfast was good although coffee machine needed refilling often..:) rooms excellent unless you were facing front street and the the local disco became noisy until 3 - 5am...

Being right on the central square was very nice.

Getting to the room was a little like a maze and the floors didn’t seem very sturdy…

very good hotel, nearby the city center, the room is very clean, especially the bathroom, very large and homeny. next time i will reserve this hotel again.

Very close to Plaza de Armas. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to store luggage. The breakfast was good.

You or the staff have to carry luggage up and down stairs as there is no lift.
