I highly recommend Cusco Plaza Nazarenas for anyone visiting Peru. This stay is very close to all the highlights in Cusco and situated just by Plaza de Arams that you can see beautiful night lights of square and the cathedral through windows. Although it is at the center of cultural hub, I found extremely calm and quiet that you can have a good shut-eye. The hotel is very clean and entrance is located at another cute park where you can see tall decorated christmas trees during December. The staff is super friendly and really helpful, communicate well and reception is opened 24x7. There is also a small sunshade in the middle of the hotel where you can read a book or browse while having breakfast. Cusco plaza Nazarenas is a hidden gem in this city and you will enjoy every minute of your stay like I did. Happy travels to Cusco!🌻

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days with my friend. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a lovely area within 5 minutes from the main square. Beds were comfortable and the room was pretty spacious. I would go there again.

Second room I stayed in was slightly humid. This was due to the fact that the hotel is in an old and historical building. Nothing can be done to fix this. A part from this our stay was perfect.

The hotel is located perfectly, centrally in the historical town , right of beautiful plaza :) , walking distance to everywhere within Old Town , but you have to take under consideration that there is a lot of hills , up and down , but I enjoyed, it was part of everyday fitness for me ;) The view was beautiful from the window in my room , and it was so quiet and relaxing that I did not wanted to leave :) Shower had a good pressure and hot water as well in the sink :) Also there was electrical heater in the room which made the stay exceptional cozy ;) The hotel personal was very polite and nice . The sheets was nice quality and bedding. I also liked nice decorative flowers , painted directly on the walls , which made the room very pleasant.. The complementary tea in the lobby was very nice to have :) The breakfast was nice and the lady attending the breakfast service was very nice . The hotel has a nice vibe and tranquil atmosphere :) I would return to this hotel to “my room “ which I had during my stay :)

I did not like additional charge of 4% during my check-in for payment with the card . I did not like very high exchange rate added converting accommodation charge from USD to Peruvian Sole . I did not like that the bathroom in my room had a strong urine smell :((( Also the hotel needs renovations in the common areas as well in the room , there was a water damaged on the walls in the room and in the common area of of the hotel ..

I am allergic to dust, and the room was a little dusty on my check in.

The location was great. It is in a nice plaza and it is very near the main plaza. Nice to walk around and lots of great streets and stores nearby. Staff was very helpful and laundry was cheap and quick. They have baggage storage as well for more than a night when we went to machu picchu.

None. Maybe i’ll just book a bigger room so that the space will be bigger for our luggage since our luggages were big.

The location is very good, quiet hotel and has all the necessary facilities. They also storage our luggage after the checkout in a warehouse.

We had a morning tour and they don’t provide breakfast box as an alternative.it would be helpful if they implement this option due many tours star before 6:3am

Room was big. Hot water was abundant. Very central location.

No hair dryer. Breakfast started at 6am, which for me was a little late as almost every tour trip started early. I would love to see them start breakfast at 5:30am. Staff barely speaks and understand English.

The location was perfect, 5 mins walk to the Plaza and there were a lot of restaurants, ATMs, money exchangers and stores within the area. The staff were very courteous and accomodating

requested ground floor room as me and my friend are elderly. Were on the 3rd floor.

Second time, staying here, good location and value for the price,staff is amazing, breakfast is good options.
