Great location and lovely staff. Very accommodating, especially with our late arrival time from Machu Picchu. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Good price.

Bathroom was very small and shower took a bit of time to warm up.

The property is centrally located and in walking distance to Palacio de Armas. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast are is sunny and very clean. There is a kitchen and tea area that are open 24/7. You have access to hot and cold water and coca tea at all times. If you cannot finish your food, you can store it in the fridge in the kitchen area. The staff are amazing. Suly, Iris, Yudi, Yase, Orquídea and Dayana were helpful, welcoming and very kind. Staff made us a cake in honor of our dad’s birthday which was a very nice surprise and delicious.

Breakfast was good. If you have dietary needs you need to let them know in advance probably before arrival. For example, almond milk. Bathroom could be bigger. There were 4 of us with an extremely tiny bathroom and shower. Our room was rather cold however it had a heater that was turned on request.

We stayed here for a week over 2 stays and really loved it. The building design isn't perfect but the staff are the best: every single person that we interacted with at the front desk, housekeeping, and kitchen was incredibly friendly and helpful. They are the reason we loved our stay. Location is great, near the Plaza de Armas, and we had a large room (213). Beds were comfortable and our room was quiet. Breakfast is simple but very good, including fresh squeezed orange juice, cereal, breads, and hot food cooked in small batches so it was always fresh (varieties of eggs, potatoes, mini-pancakes, delicious ricoto chili sauce). We asked for some recipes when we left! The dining room is on the highest floor and has a huge window with a view of the city. It is also available as a seating area during the day. Tea is always available and the shared kitchen is small but always very clean. We had a great stay.

Our shower was only warm in the evenings but hot in the mornings.

The staff were super helpful, the room was small but there are few options for 3 single beds and they offered it. The location is great within Cusco with shops and restaurants close by along with a market across the street for snacks. The staff even packed us an outstanding breakfast for our early flight I would stay there again, but there are probably nicer facilities if available

Overall the place is a bit worn, and the bathrooms were old. The rooms opened up to a center court yard which was fine for us, but if there were other loud guests (we didn’t have any) it would have been disruptive

My wife and I stayed here for a total of two weeks when we used Cusco as a base to explore the Sacred Valley. There are lots to like about this place: central location, a decent breakfast buffet (and a small breakfast pack is available if going on a tour with early morning departure), organised staff, clean rooms with nice showers, complimentary water and tea, heater in each room. We could also leave our backpacks at the posada when we went on a multi-day trek/tour.

We can sometimes hear the folks in the room beside ours quite clearly from the bathroom, but it wasn't really a problem as most guests seem to be quite quiet/considerate.

Excellent buffet breakfast in a room with a view to the roofs of Cuzco. The staff is exceptionally great and very accomodating. We did not, at first like the room they had originally allocated for us and we were pleased they could change and we were finally pretty happy with the change After having visited Machu Picchu it was a surprise to find out this is where Binghan lodged before his expeditions

Shower was not really very hot in the first day but as soon as I let them know the temperature was brought up. In the spanish way, the rooms are around a Patio which means all windows give out to the open corridor around this patio, a bit invasive as people have to walk by, but as mentioned before we were changed to a room in a far corner, and were pleased with that.

The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. The location is great and close to major attractions in the city, but still quiet enough for good sleep at night. Can store luggage for free if you need to visit other places for a short time before camelback for another stay. Packed breakfast for early leave in the morning. Also, the reception area is a great place for taking a cup of tea and relaxing.

Stairs are narrow, our friend fell down with luggage but thankfully he is OK. The key from our room does not work well and I have to ask for help twice. Also it would be better if the shower water can be a little hotter.

The staff were wonderful. Very helpful with information and hospitality. They were very attentive to needs and questions. The location was wonderful. A 2 minute walk to the main square. There are lots of options at breakfast. Rooms were equipped with heaters, which was helpful for these colder months. We could have the entire room cleaned every day or just swap towels or whatever we wanted. It was nice to change towels because things don't dry quickly here.

Our shower leaked a lot, so the bathroom floor was always wet. But that's the only minor issue we encountered.

Wonderful customer service! The ladies at the reception were kind, helpful, and exceptionally warm. They made it feel like home. Suly, Sarit, and Mary gave me lots of recommendations and tips for ensuring an enjoyable and safe trip. This was especially valuable as a solo traveler. I always felt like I was in good hands with them. On one of the evenings, I wasn't feeling well and they brought me extra blankets and ensured that I had something to eat. The location is excellent! Right in the heart of Cusco. There are so many cafes, restaurants, galleries, museums, and shops right next door. There's also a grocery store across the street. There are 3 restaurants and a spa in the same building (different lots). The plaza is a 2 min walk away.

The rooms can get a little chilly but they provide a heater and extra blankets upon request. Overall a great stay.

The front desk staff were so kind and helpful. When we arrived, they took the time to share a map and give us a quick rundown of the neighborhood, which was super thoughtful. Additionally, when they heard that our bus/train ride to Aguascalientes was scheduled the following morning before breakfast, they packed us a “to-go” lunch instead - such a nice surprise! They also helped call taxis to the bus station and airport (complimentary!), which made things super easy. One of the best perks was the guest kitchenette, which even had a water filter (a total game changer!). Plus, breakfast was included every morning, which was a great way to start the day. They also let us store excess luggage overnight, while we were in Aguascalientes, which we really appreciated. Honestly, this place was perfect for travelers, and I’d highly recommend it!
