This hotel has lovely plaza's in the centre (two that I found) which you can sit in and enjoy the sun. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the main square of the city so perfectly placed. It is around the corner from a busy junction, so there isn't too much noise at all. The room I had was over two floors, which was nice. The room was cool and roomy The staff were very helpful and we got by with minimal language difficulties.

There was a bit of a mixup at the beginning where they couldn't find my booking, which caused concern, but it was found eventually. The breakfast is minimal. Some fruits, toast, coffee, and cereal. Nothing to shout home about but sufficient.

Awesome location, very close to tourist attractions. Fair breakfast. Clean room, very clean bathroom and large bed. The sheets seemed smaller than the bed, but it was comfortable nevertheless. Staff was super friendly, and the hair dryer was available upon request. The hotel is well maintained and very pretty. Moreover, the hotel has a small shop ran by peruvian artisans if you are looking for souvenirs.

For the price paid, it was OK but the room that I stayed didn't have a real window. It has a glass window on top of the door so some light would come in. The place was noisy and the outside lights would be on until 11pm (it would come from the little glass on top of the door). If you go to bed early, bring something to cover your eyes.

Most of the days I had early tours and they offered us brown bags with juice a fruit and breakfast sandwiches. They were very helpful with directions and things to do. They even alerted us of protesters in the event we were going in the direction of the protest.

I only had one minor incident with the hot water that they resolved within an hour.

When we arrived, the room they were originally going to give us had issues with the lights so they gave us a new room. The rooms were a good size and they restock the soaps everyday. It was also close to the square. Since we had a later flight out of Cusco, they let us leave our luggages for the day in their storage.

Our rooms weren't closed together, there are lots of stairs (which is difficult at that altitude), and there was a lot of mold in the washroom (on the ceiling and on the shower curtains). There was also a strong smell in the washroom

The location is great. Really close to the Plaza de Armas and the historical center. Most touristic tours arrive near the hotel. The rooms are cozy and spacious. The flexibility regarding breakfast and luggage is great.

The hotel is quite comfortable and is a modest walk into the Plaza. The breakfast was quite reasonable and was certainly plentiful. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast started a little late if you had any trips/tours planned for the day.

great spot. very friendly, great location. bit noisy but everywhere is in Cusco due to the trains moving. the staff could not have been nicer or more caring than in this little hotel.

Great place, room was big, clean and the beds were really comfortable. The hotel is in a great place in the city, close to everything you need, just a short walk from the trains to machu picchu. The place is historical like everything in the city.

The breakfast could have been better. There weren't a lot of options to eat.

The staff was friendly and ready to ansfer any question. The hotel is close to the main square though it is very quiet in there. They have heaters inside the room.

Water in a shower was tepid, i had to ask to restart the boiler and every time staff did not believe and came to the room to check the temperature.

Nice room with comfy beds. Our room faced a quiet back alley, and it was nice. There was a good size French window with a little space to sit. I think it gave the room a nice ambiance. Spacious and clean room. Breakfast was nice too. Some staff didn't speak English, but we communicated just fine with Google Translate. Despite the language barrier, it was clear that they wanted to be helpful.

When we first went into the room, it had some bathroom smell. Got used to it eventually... The main square (Plaza de Armas de Cuzco) was in a walking distance, but I wish it was closer.
