Staff were friendly, spoke reasonable English, and helped us with our luggage. The hotel was really clean. The beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great - cereal, bread, meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, juice, etc, and the option for cooked eggs. It was so close to the main square, but we didn't hear any noise at night, even though there was a festival going on. There's also a sports bar virtually next door, selling super large portions of food. Just request whatever sport you want to watch, and they seem to be able to accommodate it. Other than that, you are steps away from a variety of shops and restaurants in a nice safe area.

The room was a bit cold for the first few hours but it was fine after that. It did have a radiator, which seemed really efficient.

The hotel staff was so friendly that it felt as if we were visiting family abroad (they even took the time to send a birthday cake to our room!), and they went above and beyond to make you feel welcome and valued as a guest. The property is very close to the main attractions in Cusco, we had a really easy walk to restaurants, museums, and the main plaza. Additionally, the hotel provided acclimatization equipment for the 4 of us to use during our stay(coca tea, oxygen tank, and medication as needed) which was so helpful since we all were having issues getting used to the altitude. Given the value and location, I would stay there if visiting Cusco again. It is a very good location with close amenities, including laundry, ATMs and so many stores within a few steps.

I would say that given the price point, the facilities are exactly what you would expect from a 3-star hotel, and not particularly outstanding rooms but more on the basic/functional side.

This hotel is in a great position from which to explore Cusco's historical centre. Nearby is a small supermarket, camping shops and lots of restaurants. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice with made to order eggs.

The small explosions, like crackers or fireworks, announcing mass at the nearby church, are loud and a bit annoying, but they're part of Cusco life, and if that's all I could complain about then...

This hotel was amazing. Great staff (shout out to Eduardo who was always so helpful and friendly), fantastic breakfast, the rooms were big and comfy (we stayed before and after our 5 day trek). Would definitely stay again. Location is perfect, just off the main square.

The staff was very kind, 24 hours helpful and attentive. They provide breakfast kits for travellers leaving at 3:55 AM to visit Machu Pichu and allow you to leave your luggage after check out to sightseeing town Center.

The rooms do not provide mini fridge or bath.

The location is great, the breakfast is good, the staff are very nice and well trained. The hotel also has some spaces to sit and relax and a nice rooftop with some chairs.

The mattress was a bit hard and the bathroom had a small window facing the stairs in the building. The hotel didn't have an elevator.

Staff was very nice. Location was very central to main plaza. They provided lots of clean towels and washcloths.

Water was not hot enough at certain times of the day. Room heater wasn’t turned on until the evening.

Great location. Excellent for 3 travelers - with separate rooms (1 full bed) and (2 twin beds). Friendly staff - and good breakfast.

No elevators (due to the historical location of the building/unable to tear down historical parts of Incan brick/walls) but the staff always offered to take up the suitcases. The bathrooms are a bit dated, but overall a good price for the location.

Excellent location with walkable distance to a lot of touristy places and good restaurants around, accommodating and helpful staff, they helped to print documents and were very friendly. There are coca tea, tea selection and coffee, hot water and water dispenser on each floor

The property was at a perfect location. The staff was exceptional and friendly. We had a change in flights which caused a change in all our stays but Eduardo and team helped us out. They were very accommodating to our travel plans and helped to coordinate taxis.
