Amazing service at this hotel. It started off getting dropped off at the airport, we had an employee assist with luggage immediately. Check in was very easy. Also we had a couple tours starting at 4:30 am so the hotel provided us with packed breakfast for takeaway, really ideal for the trek. The location of the hotel was really great to the city and for our tours. Rooms are a bit older and smaller but overall it was a solid hotel. They also had tea near reception you could drink to acclimate to the altitude. Also the breakfast room was quite nice and the food was tasty.

The only bad thing is many people have 4 am tours so you do hear a lot of people talking.

Staff very helpful and friendly always happy to help. The breakfast was varied and good. The rooms were clean and the beds large and comfortable. Rooms had efficient heating systems.

No outside space but welcoming and clean inside communal facilities. One room had no windows opening outside and a loud humm through the night. We were quickly given another room option when this problem was voiced.

Stayed in Room 305 and 307. It’s very close to the main Plaza. Room was spacious. Bed was very comfortable. We happened to stayed during one of the biggest holiday celebration Corpus Christi so there was constant noise and vibration coming into our room all day and into the night. It’s no fault of the hotel. Do your research if there is any holiday falling on your stay, I would double think of staying to near the Plaza. Breakfast was very nice assortment.

The room didn’t have AC capabilities and a window. We stayed in room 305 so during the day, it did get stuffy.

Breakfast was light and simple, staff was always friendly and helpful. I liked the prepared snacks they have made for you if you have an early tour before breakfast started. The hotel itself was clean and the location was perfect. Everything worth seeing in the city was within walking distance

Its a very central location, which has its pros and cons. A big con was the noise from the outside. The windows are very thin so we could hear all the traffic and the people from the street below. Very loud even in the middle of the night.

I loved the location, very close to the central plaza as well as many restaurants and the market. The staff was very attentive to our needs. Rooms were kept tidy and were always clean when we arrived from our day out in the city. Breakfast selection was diverse, and also very delicious.

Water pressure in the mid-morning (7-9) gets low. I struggled taking a shower, so I had to resort to taking early morning showers or late night showers since usually during the day I was out exploring.

The view and light was great in the room, bed was comfy and location was spectacular. The breakfast was filling and good. Our family of four got two rooms side-by-side.

The size was tricky for accommodating the suitcases. But the bed was huge! The worst part was the cold - the hot water was fine in the sink but shower was ice cold and tepid (alternating) and then the heater barely worked and finally the hair dryer never worked! It was hard to recover in Cusco Winter with that shower.

Great location next to Plaza de Armas but without the traffic noise. Rooms were quiet, clean and spacious (superior triple). Bathroom small but spotlessly clean with great hot shower. Staff very helpful

Many rooms are directly off the lobby and you can hear people arriving and leaving very loudly throughout the night. Was woken at least 9 times through the night by people talking at reception right outside my room. Staff don’t speak English.

Great location. Loved the balcony doors opening on to the street. And being able to see two squares. The staff was very helpful. The WiFi worked well. The shower was hot and had good water pressure. The sheets on the bed were comfortable as was the bed itself.

The blow dryer only worked when holding a button down. Being so close to the squares it was a little loud at night. No counter space in the bathroom.

Wonderful hotel in the city centre! The staff welcomed us and let us stay in the hotel and kept our bags safe until it was time for check in. The breakfast was superb and they packed it in a box when we had early trips. The rooms were spacious and were cleaned daily.

Some rooms don’t have windows.

Location was outstanding - I’m not a light sleeper so the noise from the street didn’t bother me! The staff was so helpful & friendly

The hairdryer was tricky to use as it was a touch handle instead of an on button - difficult to use a brush while drying 🤷‍♀️
