Very clean and comfortable apartment! The host was also extremely friendly, with great communication. The location was perfect, just down the road from tons of restaurants, shops, and the historic center. Not to mention most of the tours also started from that road. It was also far enough down the road though to still be quiet in the nights. Finally have to mention the view, it was beautiful. The images on Booking.com are very accurate!

A fabulous studio apartment in a quiet location but within very easy, quick walking distance of cafes, restaurants and amenities. The owners were very helpful. They let us check in at 5.30am and went out of their way to accommodate us. The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. The rooms were cleaned regularly and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would not hesitate to stay here again. I could not fault it. Excellent value for money. The team running this hotel are so friendly and welcoming. Because we were staying five nights, they organised airport transfer and back for us for no cost. The apartment is in a great location! You’re 10 mins from the central square, but only 5 mins from the San Blas neighbourhood (v cool area of Cusco) and 2 mins from the San Blas markets. There is a gas heater in the apartment, and a fully stocked kitchen. They also let us leave our bags in the apartment as we went on our 1N tour of Machu Picchu. Great communication too. I can’t recommend this apartment more.

The wifi is patchy at times from the bedroom. However, there is good signal in the kitchen.

Secure property. Good location, close enough to the historic center but in a quiet neighborhood. Bertha was extremely nice and helpful, especially when our group was in need of some large waste bags to take along for our trek (the trekking company did not inform us we would need these until the night before the trek began).

The shower water temperature was a bit fickle. Bertha showed me how to turn it on properly to get hot water, but the hot water was nearly scalding, and the only other option was cold water - we could only get it to a tolerably hot temperature from time to time.

I much liked the fast reply from the owner, Elena. She is willing to help and fast respond to inquiries. I also much liked the bed confort and the appliances available at the kitchen. Cocoa leaves and tea are available as soon as you check-in.

The shower has weak water pressure. Sometimes the water is boiling. After contact Elena, she was able to adjust the water temperature. However, the pressure continues weak. You have to walk about 15 min from Plaza de Armas (square) and going up a short hill. Given the altitude, it is tiring.

The staff do not speak any English however they are very willing to help. They even held my bag for 5 days while i did a Machu Picchu trek which was very generous of them. The apartment was massive and more luxurious than i required. The bed was very comfortable and i had a great rest. Having a kitchen was also nice for little things like making cups of tea

The only low point was the shower does not get very hot and the location is bit further from the centre than most places however very close to san blas.

Exceptional stay! It was about a 8-10min walk to the main plaza but we loved staying in San Blas a little away from all the hustle and bustle. The young woman who works in the apartments was very kind and helpful. The apartment itself was well equipped and immaculately clean. The value cannot be beat.

The WiFi was a bit spotty. Out of our 5 night stay, there were two times where the water stopped working for a couple hours. Other than that, everything was great

Very good place to stay for any visit to Cusco. A little walk from the historic centre but this allows for a quiet stay and a good night’s sleep. Very comfortable accommodation at great value.

The only (slight!) negative I would have is that on two occasions the external door to the property was locked from the inside which meant we couldn’t access the property with our key. A small issue overall that can be easily rectified.

Hot water in the shower was always available. The water pressure was good too. The room was very very warm in the night, there was a powerful gas heater. Even though it was 2 degrees Celcius (32F) outside, it was VERY warm in the room. The gas stove worked well. It took me some efforts to figure out how to regulate the water in the shower and the heater. But once I figured that out, everything worked perfect. This was the WARMEST hotel for me in Peru, while I’ve been to several hotels in Peru. The staff doesn’t speak English but we used Google Translate while communicating. The staff is really nice and friendly.

It was very close walk to the town square. We felt very safe and the staff were so friendly!! The alpaca blankets on the bed kept us very warm and it was nice to have a kitchen!!

2 of my showers were rather chilly but it may have been because someone else hotel was showering or had just showered. Otherwise it was great!
