Breakfast was more than adequate, there was plenty of variety. Cheeses and breads could have been a little fresher. Eggs made to order, with a smile! Lobby had filtered water. All rooms have safes. 24 hour front desk. Laundry service hours are more convenient (but slightly more expensive) than surrounding places. There are small convenience stores all around. For USA visitors: This is a standard South American hotel. You will get two bath towels, two hand towels, a bathmat, no washcloths. Bring your own hair conditioner. Soap and shampoo are in packets that you rip open. Front desk staff, always helpful, speaks little English but we made do with phones. 1st floor rooms can be noisy. No elevator to the higher rooms - 2nd floor was the sweet spot.

One morning we needed breakfast at 6AM on the dot, and not everything was ready.

The service was amazing! I will have this hotel in consideration for a next time! Very easy to reach by taxi, 7 mins by car from everywhere. The thing I’ll never forget, it’s the costumer service. Unfortunately my mom fainted around 2:30am and the receptionist called THE BEST clinic, they acted very quick and the ambulance arrived in approx 15 mins. The clinic was the best one! I appreciate the quick actions from the receptionist. The breakfast was also amazing! The staff was very kind and helpful as they recommended food for the altitude. I am looking forward to coming back again.

We had the fourth floor, no lift which it was fine for the less affected by the altitude.

I appreciated that our bedrooms were maintained daily. Although we declined fresh towels, they still made sure we always had toilet peeper, an empty trash can, and beds made-felt like a nice touch! The breakfast was phenomenal-many fruits, breads, fresh scrambled eggs, yogurts, granola, coffee/tea/juices. I do wish they had given us the breakfast box we asked for-it was never received. There is actually someone there 24 hours. They kept our luggage while we did the salkantay trek. Our WiFi was fast and reliable, and showers not.

Front desk isn’t very welcoming or friendly. The walk to the main square involves a narrow road that some may not like walking through. On our first of two stays, they gave us a slightly smaller room than we had reserved.

I loved my stay at Awki’s Dream!! It’s a beautiful, comfortable hotel with beautiful rooms, a hot shower, and friendly staff. This was my second hotel to stay at in Cusco and it was exactly what I was looking for: A quiet place to recharge after a day of tours. I visited in the winter while it was quite cold and although the portable heater in my room didn’t work, I didn’t need it. The rooms were well insulated and stayed warm all night. I would have stayed longer if they had additional availability!

The doors are quite thin, so while you can’t hear what’s happening in other rooms, you can hear people and staff in the hallway very clearly. There are a lot of nearby bars and restaurants, just beware that the sidewalks in this area are extremely narrow, so I often took an Uber at night instead of risking the walk.

Nice quiet neighborhood; very comfortable bed , matrass and blankets. Hot showerwater if needed. Extensive breakfast with a lot of fruits to your choise. They only have stairs so if that is a bit of a problem ask for a room on the first floor of so. My toom 402 has s nice view on the town, but more important you ll have the sun shining in your room. 🥰 The distance to main plaza is acceptable but that s very personal ofcourse.

Right in the Centre of Cusco, about 15 minutes walk to the main square. Bed was very comfortable, we had a fridge also in the room. The Breakfast was incredible, lots of friuts fresh bread pastries cheese avocado and the lady makes some amazing omelettes and eggs. And they start very early in the morning so ideal if you have a tour booked. There are some restaurants nearby that we went in the evening very good quality food.

We had an awesome stay here in Cusco! The best part about the hotel experience was probably the staff:) They were all so friendly and assisted us with everything. Our receptionist showed us our room and really wanted to make sure that we are happy with the choice he made for us (which we were!). He also organized a private transportation to the start of the Salkantay trek for us! We could store the rest of our luggage in the hotel and they will even accept a package for us while we’re away hiking. Excellent service! The hotel’s style is classic but very high quality. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the rooms were sparkling clean. Breakfast also offered a wide variety of food:) After our hike we will definitely return for a few nights!

A really very lovely hotel, ideal for anyone staying in Cusco. The breakfast is great and it's so nice to have a cold water dispenser in the main area to fill your bottle from. I'd have given it a 10 if it wasn't for being able to hear my neighbours in their bathroom when I was in mine; just a little odd!

Good middle class hotel 5 mins walk outside of the city center. The staff is friendly and highly committed. Very rich and good breakfast. Clean rooms. Comfy beds. The Wifi could be better, but works most of the time.

The rooms that I saw do either face a noisy road (which doesn't matter because the windows are very well isolated) or they face a narrow atrium. The latter is probably not everyone's cup of tea. The rooms are poorly soundproofed. And the laundry service was unsatisfactory. Some clothes came back dirty.

The location is superb- near the main plaza and main roads. Service - the front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. They have daily housekeeping service too! Room - it was decent and just the right value for the price. Breakfast - was okay, you have cold cuts, cheese, fruits, yogurt, cereal, bread and hot dish - egg.

Only thing is that there is a hole in the wall where you can hear other room's toilets. Soundproofing is the issue. Nothing else
