Hotel has a great location, 5 min walk from main square. Staff were friendly. We loved lobby and Christmas decorations. There are a several markets and laundry services nearby.

Room was a little bit small, as well the bathroom, and there is no heating, so be careful if you’re staying during the cold months.

When other properties ignored or told me they wouldn’t accommodate my vegan needs Andean South Inn came through with an AMAZING breakfast. Having just finished the Salkantay Trek the night before I was so appreciative of the help. They also held my bags while I went to Pisac before my bus left at 6 pm. Very accommodating and helpful hosts!!

I had trouble figuring out the shower temperature and water pressure but I didn’t ask for help either. Probably just user error.

Adorable, cozy room with an incredible balcony view. Great location. Great if on a budget. Warm atmosphere and very kind staff! Would recommend.

Location - Close enough to the plaza but elevated enough that you get the view of the city. Room was big and comfy Breakfast was good with teo bread, sunny side up egg, and orange juice! :)

No heating in the room but you can pay extra to have a portable heater

The room was comfortable and, more importantly, clean. The wifi was the fastest I've experienced in Peru and the staff was very friendly and ready to help us with directions and store our luggage, while we were out of Cusco. Also, the place is located in the best part of the city with plenty of great restaurants around every corner.

As some of the others have mentioned, there was some noise at night, but in comparison with other places in Peru, this was still the quietest place we stayed in. Also, the breakfast could be a little bigger.

The location was good, people were friendly and accommodating.

Heater was not the best.
