Really lovely accommodation and more than a hotel room. After many tours and different places to sleep we were happy to be at Kutty Wasi. We had a kitchen and tiny living room, which was nice to cook some small own dishes again and having enough space for organzing our stufd after many exhausting days. The staff was super friendly and helped us wherever they could.

Water supply did not work properly through the time (short-term low pressure, no warm water). Couldn't enter the accomodation without ringing the bell and waiting for the staff to open us the door. Maybe you have another solution for that so the guests are more flexible and do not have to wait for the hosts to open the door.

The location is really cool. The setup of the room as well. Not to mention the fantastic views from the bedroom and breakfast. Overall - a very nice hotel for a stay in Cusco.

Cleanliness could be improved. Ants in the kitchen also spoiled the day a little bit. The front door is not possible to open - one has to ring a bell which is annoying.

Great location in a cute pedestrian area with cobblestone streets, 10 mins walk from the main square. Spectacular view over the city! Very nice and clean room. Friendly staff.

Wifi didn’t work (I think it may be location related). It wasn’t a big deal for me though

This place was in a beautiful location with great views of the city. The kitchenette facilities were great, it was nice making my own breakfast. The shared kitchen/ dining space was also beautiful and really well equipped with tea, coffee, jams and fruits (even yummy avocado!) Just a short 10 min walk uphill from the main square. The courtyard was very beautiful, staff were helpful, close to lots of great restaurants, cafes and shops. Gracias!

You have to ring the doorbell everytime to enter, doesn’t seem very convenient for the staff especially if you’re entering really late/ leaving early. Think it needs a lock pad or something different!

First and foremost, the view of this property is absolutely amazing. The staff was great and very attentive and was quick to give tips for how to explore or what we should do within the city if we need some advice. Food and breakfast was solid.

At night, we were a bit cold and it took a little while for the water to warm up for showers, but this is something that we experienced in a couple other places as well so it wasn't too big of a shock, but I can imagine that if you're not used to it, that can be an inconvenience. The property is also at the top of a hill, which can be a hike if you're not altitude acclimated!

Decent breakfast, friendly staff, good location, nice view from the breakfast room, spacious suites, hot water most days, bottled water/drinks and other helpful items available for sale.

Poor sound insulation/somewhat loud overnight, lack of information/instructions upon check in (staff are very helpful when asked questions, but perhaps some written information either at the front desk or in the rooms could be helpful). Laundry is listed as a service offered on booking.com though we were told that they do not actually offer this service when we asked about it.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable and it was nice that they provided an extra blanket and a heater, as it gets cold at night in July! I loved the San Blas area. There are many restaurants, cafes etc. Great view over Cusco from the breakfast room and terrace. Breakfast is basic but sufficient. It wasn't a problem for me, but this place isn't suitable if you have reduced mobility or lots of luggage, but you're compensated with a great view!

It's a little annoying that you don't have a key to the outside door and you have to ring every time. Also, there was hot water for the shower but the pressure isn't great.

Kutty Wasi is located on top of the hill, in a car free zone. The view from there is breathtaking!! It's lovely to walk in the neighborhood, lots of artists and narrow streets. In less than 10 minutes you are in plaza de Armas. To reach the hotel you need to walk a few steps and it can be challenging, especially after a day of hiking. However, once you look at the view you forget about the steps!

Unfortunately, there isn't proper hot water and showering has been quite a challenge. I am not sure if it is an issue of the area but having almost freezing cold showers wasn't the best.

Friendly staff, the view is beautiful from the breakfast room and very nice plants at the common areas. While it is nice to have two floors where the kitchen and bathroom are downstairs and the bedroom is upstairs, this might be an inconvenience if someone needs to use the bathroom in the night.

I love the staff and the price was just right. I do want them to succeed so I hope some of these issues can be worked. Shower was one issue. To be able to get hot water, the water pressure needs to be very low. Breakfast can be improved. I appreciate the fresh papaya juice and eggs to our like, but bread (besides white sandwich) and cheese were some days missing. Finally, this is not something that can be changed, but something to keep in mind: after the cab left us at San Blas plaza, we had to climb a considerable amount of stairs then turn right to an uphill small street to get into the hotel. Worth the view, but be mindful when bringing your luggage up and down.

Best view in San Blas! Wonderful terrace. The place was thoughtfully designed, with a breathtaking view of the city from my bedroom and a convenient kitchen below. The San Blas market is conveniently nearby to pick up groceries so I cooked quite a bit. The entrance is up a few stairs and on a quiet street. Compared to the busy, touristy streets in town I highly enjoyed the location.

Remember to ring the call bell labeled “timbré” if no one is at reception - I missed this. They will let you in promptly
