The staff here are amazing! They went out of their way to help us when we were having problems with a laundry service near by. They provide free tea and water that can be accessed from the main lobby 24/7 and the breakfast is great (served in your room at the time you choose). The rooms were modern and very clean. The place is very well looked after and although it may be more expensive than other options around... it is well worth it! We even rebooked here for our last night and have recommended to friends. One of the most memorable stays on our trip, thank you!

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, providing breakfast in bed and to your liking. They were super receptive to our group even though we arrived late at night and were constantly changing our plans due to tours and flight alterations. Great spot, 10 min walk to the center. Quiet part of town.

The only negative is that the building architecture renders the interior echoey as most of the rooms have a window accessing the indoor courtyard. For late sleepers, just remember to bring a pair of earplugs for when folks wake up early to make their tours. Great spot for active tourists and day trippers, less so for digital nomads or those wanting to utilize the hotel spaces during the day.

I stayed here for 13 days and had an amazing experience at this hotel. This may be the most comfortable place in Cuzco. Hot water. Good Wifi. Breakfast served right to your room. Heaters in the room. Comfortable beds. Great, friendly staff. Unlimited coco and mana tea.

This has nothing to do with the hotel particularly, but the hotel should change their policy on this. Sometimes other guests would talk super loud in the second lobby late at night. I would have loved a quiet time policy in the lobby after 8pm. I couldn't understand why particular guests liked to hold loud conversations in the lobby, instead of doing it in their rooms. There were times when other guests would come out there rooms and yell at the various guests that talked loudly.

This is a great place to stay. Breakfast in your room at the time of your choosing or a lunch pack to take with you if you have an early tour. The staff are so helpful and friendly. My room was cleaned daily and they stored my luggage whilst I was on a tour and had it waiting in my room when I returned. The hotel is located away from the traffic noise and is an easy walk to the main square. There is a great laundry service nearby, ReEnergize for a fantastic massage is around the corner, and check out Lama Cafe down the road. Hot shower too!

This was a great place to stay in Cusco. It's up the hill a bit of distance from the main square, which meant that it was quiet and easy to sleep at night. They offered free coca & muna tea all day in the lobby, which we were grateful to drink as we acclimated to the altitude. They also brought us a lovely, complementary breakfast in bed both days, which was very convenient.

The only minor inconvenience was when we tried to come back to our rooms to rest around 3pm and had to wait for 20 minutes while they cleaned it. But I don't fault them for that.

The customer service was exceptional. The ladies attending the hotel were available at odd hours, accommodating our early morning departures. The security was also excellent, providing peace of mind during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised that breakfast or bagged lunches were provided for us as long as we informed them the day before our departure. Additionally, they arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the airport to the hotel and to take us back to the airport, as well as for any other transportation needs.

Not really anything, because everything was exceptional.

Good breakfast, could either take it in our room or upstairs in the dining room. Location was excellent - quiet area on the outskirts of San Blas with a very short walk to the busier center of the the San Blas area. Staff were very helpful booking taxis, giving directions, storing our luggage until we returned from our trek and then having it ready for us in our room on our return; making up packed breakfasts for the days we left early on day excursions.

The room allocated on our return from our hike had windows facing the internal courtyard/passage - this was ok as we merely spent the night before leaving Cusco the following morning but I would have been disappointed if I was staying in that room for a few days. However, under these circumstances it served our needs more than adequately.

The staff were very welcoming and spoke good English. The basic breakfast can be served to your room early before heading out for the day which is super convenient. They offer complimentary Coca tea to help with the altitude which is a nice touch. We stayed here twice, before and after our trip to Machu Picchu. The first time our shower wasn’t great and the hot water came and went but the second room we were in had an awesome shower. The hotel is a 15 minute uphill walk from the main square through some overly cobblestone streets. It feels very secure and is relatively quiet from street noise at night.

There is not much sound proofing from the hallways and common areas of the hotel. Since people come and go very early in the morning, for a light sleeper this woke me up. But I didn’t consider it a big problem and we would stay here again.

Bed was super comfy. Shower was good and water hot. Room was pleasant temperature (not cold and freezing like others in Cusco). Service from lady at reception was exquisite. She helped me and friend with luggages (women power 💪🏻), she also helped to unblock toilet (this is common problem in general in Peru) and she brought us to room delicious breakfast in bed 👏🏻 she was just great! I believe name was same as mine, Alejandra.

Window of room is facing the lobby down, was kinda wierd not to have window towards outside, you could feel maybe a bit claustrophobic. You have to keep closed curtain otherwise other guests can't see you. We used room only to sleep one night after the hike and we left early morning so was fine for my needs.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. But by far, the staff. We stayed here for 2 nights before our Salkantay trek. We enjoyed it so much we decided to book on our return. They allowed us to store our bags for the 4 days we were away free of charge. On our return they had our bags already in our room. Also, we had very early starts (4am) and both mornings they woke to make our breakfast for take away on our treks. I highly, highly recommend this hotel and I will only ever stay here when I visit Cusco. Thank you for making our holiday an amazing and comfortable experience.
