We stayed 3 nights before our trek to Machu Picchu and returned for one night after. The ladies on reception were very helpful, the hotel is only a short walking distance to the main plaza, the breakfast was good and we were offered fresh cooked eggs each morning. They had a lunch pack ready for us to take on the mornings we needed to leave early and kept our bags whilst we were on the trek and had them waiting in our room for us on our return which was a nice touch. Netflix worked on the tv too! Overall great value for money, provided everything we needed and we would recommend. Also arranged a taxi to bring us to the airport on departure.

The shower took a little while to heat up but this is normal everywhere in Peru.

My wife and I stayed here for 12 days, and we were pleasantly satisfied with the overall experience. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The breakfast was superb, with daily made-to-order eggs at request. Local teas were available 24/7. The staff was very nice, helpful, accessible and accommodating to all our needs. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood located about a 5-7 minute walk to the historic center. But there are a few restaurants, coffee shops, and a quick mart within 1-2 minutes away. We felt very safe wandering around this neighborhood during the later evening hours as there was lots of walking traffic about. I highly recommend this place to you!

There is no lift at this hotel. Our room was located on the fourth floor, but it was a very manageable walk.

An amazing stay in Cusco. Great location which was a short walk from the centre, room was comfortable with a heater, big shower, nice views, large beds, TV fixed with YouTube and Netflix. All great. Breakfast was simple but nice.

The staff were lovely but one night I got asked by 3 different staff about breakfast. Also they offer hot water bottles at night which is a nice touch however coming into the room at 8 in the night when we went out to put the hot water bottles in our bed I think is unnecessary. You should simply have a sign at reception which says you have hot water bottles and we can just ask you for them if we want. So I’d say the staff had good intentions but a little invasive. Also the room had a window that went outside without a curtain and it was quite bright at night

The staff here was excellent! They were super attentive and helpful and really made it a very pleasant stay. The location was nice, walking distance from Plaza de las Armas, but far enough away that there was very little outside noise. The rooms were nice and clean, and as a woman with long hair, the blow dryers weren't typical small hotel dryers that barely do anything, they were actual blow dryers. Can't say enough great things about the staff adding touches like having hot water bottles and tea available at night, packing breakfasts on days you have tours, and the night staff being helpful with suitcases and flagging down tour pick us. Would happily stay here again.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Staff were extremely friendly. Location was perfect for us (6 minute walk into the main square) and had a couple of coffee shops on the same street. We left our luggage there for a couple of days free of charge and staff made us a packed breakfast on the days we were leaving really early. Staff booked taxis for us and were very helpful. When it was a cold evening, staff made our beds with extra blankets and gave us hot water bottles. (Such a homely touch) We felt looked after and would highly recommend to others.

Comfortable standard rooms with spacious bathrooms, big showers with hot water and great pressure. Beds are big and comfortable. The location is great, right outside the historic center, about a 10 minute walk to Plaza de Armas, close to many restaurants and cafes. The breakfast is very complete, served at the top floor with nice views of the city. The staff is very kind and helpful, they welcome you with coca tea, offer hot water bottles to warm up the bed every night, and check if you have a tour the next day to see if they need to pack you some breakfast or not. They stored our luggage for free for 4 days while we were at Machu Picchu and welcomed us back on return. There's same-day laundry service for a very good price.

The was a small leak in the bathroom floorof our first room, but it wasn't a big deal.

Stayed 5 nights and then did the Inca trail 4 days and 3 nights camping left my luggage and returned for 3 nights All good very comfy bed constant hot water, great breakfast lots of choice, Very clean, Host very friendly and speaks good English. Best rooms are 101,201 or 301. They are very quiet with no traffic noise. Great location only 10 minute walk from main square. When you have breakfast on the top floor you have a great view of Cusco and beyond. Breakfast served from 6am to 9am. SAD TO LEAVE WOULD CERTAINLY STAY AGAIN SHOULD I BE IN CUSCO

Staff is very attentive. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy and everything is quite modern. They prepare your breakfast eggs fresh and you have a good selection of fruits, avocado, cheese, ham and jam with beef as well as coca and muña tea and juice. The teas are available the whole day. The view from the breakfast room is beautiful! It was a nice and relaxing stay especially after hiking for 5 days. All rooms have hangers, hair dryers and a heater. They even brought hot water bottles every night, so you have a cozy warm bed.

Bathroom windows don’t close and there is noise from the street. Closing the bathroom door helped.

It is closely located to the historic center (through a very narrow street) and the additional hot water bottle in the evening was a nice tough for the colder nights. Breakfast is a nice small buffet with a focus on fruits and continuously restocked.

When arriving in the dark, the hotel does not stand out much, with just a plate on a wall in between two doors. The showers could use a little more treatment against mold.

Location was great. A short walk to main square, restaurants, shops, etc. Breakfast was awesome! Fresh squeezed OJ, fresh fruit and they would even custom cook up some eggs for us each morning.

Finding the hotel in the first place was a bit difficult as the sign is very small and not well lit. You have to walk down a very narrow street with a tiny sidewalk to get to the main square. You will have to wait for cars to pass so you can pass someone coming the other way on the sidewalk. It's that narrow. That being said, it kind of adds to the charm. Staff allowed guests to use the breakfast room to eat dinner when they brought take out food back to the hotel.
