The location was very nice in a very beautiful residential neighbourhood. There is a bus stop in the vicinity and a tram stop at 10 minutes walking distance, but no close metro station. In spite of this, one can only appreciate the area for its quietness! There were restaurants within walking distance and I definitely recommend these neighbourhood restaurants instead of those in the touristic areas (the food is better!). The room was nice, and was cleaned every day (including the towels). The bathroom was spacious. The Italian type of breakfast was rich (a lot of sweets and very diverse, fruits), and modest but enough in the continental version (egg, two types of salami and one type of cheese; I missed having a tomato, a cucumber ....). We would definitely choose the same hotel when returning to Rome for more sightseeing!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Buenos Aires. The hotel staff was excellent! They were kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating, always bringing a smile to my face. The location was in a nice part of town and I always felt safe; There were also good restaurants within walking distance which is always a bonus when I travel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

I honestly couldn’t say anything negative about my experience at this hotel.

The staff is really helpful and friendly. They sell transportation tickets at the reception. The location is a bit far from the points of interest but there is a bus (buses 63, 83 for the downtown) and a tram (19, from Piazza Buenos Aires to the Vatican) station nearby. We walked from Roma Termini (30 minutes) and, when we left, we took a cab (for around 15 euros). The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is clean, towels are changed daily.

When we got back from the city one day, the door to the room was open (the cleaning staff were there and they forgot to pull the door closed).

Excellent location (close to the city center and tourist attractions, quiet and safe area, many food supermarkets around, good and not too expansive places to eat around, enough buses to the city center and direct bus to the Termini station, the hotel is very close from the bus stop), comfortable temperature in the room, cooling enough in the summer heat, nice staff

It would be more comfortable to have a moving (hand) water-head in the bathroom instead of fixed one

It was in a quiet location outside of Rome. 2 minutes walk to bus stop and supermarkets.

In general it was clean but needed paint work touching up and a couple of other details but it didn’t affect our comfort . No kettle in our room. We had to use a vending machine to buy water bottles and coffees. One night it was out of order and supermarkets had just closed . Luckily we just had enough water to last overnight and machine was working again next morning .

In general everything was good, though the property seemed quite old. I was worried to hear different sounds from others room or outside, but it was perfect, so quite

I was surprised to have breakfast included in my stay. Even though I was happy to have it, it could have been better – there were no hot options, like omelette or porridge. In general it wasn’t really tasty, but al least I didn’t have to find where to eat and pay extra money for something in the restaurant

This hotel was highly recommended by other family members who are frequent guests at the hotel. Loved the quiet neighborhood and the staff was awesome. The staff spoke excellent English, and were helpful in many ways such as setting up taxis and recommending shopping areas. They were especially responsive when asked for things like an extra blanket. Check-in and out was easy and without surprises. The room was comfortable for two women sharing the same room with two twin beds. Lovely shower and clean bathroom!

The hotel does have a worn appearance - especially the carpets in the lobby and on the steps - as this is the first visual upon entering - it does not give a great welcome. Once inside with the staff one forgets the worn carpet but nevertheless, the carpet probably needs a refresh.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful and safe residential area. There are coffee shops and restaurants and in the night it is very quiet . Very friendly staff, make you feel like home and do everything they can to help. Very good breakfast ,rooms are very very clean and are cleaned every single day. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the center, so you will need a bus or a taxi to get there. There is a bus station - three minutes walk from the hotel so there is no problem, but if you have to be in a certain place at an exact time I would recommend to call a taxi because the buses are sometimes late. We asked for the stuffs’ help a few times and they call a cab for us so it was great. We asked for a late check out and they helped us and arranged it for us. It’s definitely worth the money and I would stay again there for sure.

We have just returned from Rome for 4 nights at this lovely little hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival and helpful throughout our stay here, ordered us taxis for our return home to the airport and for when we wanted to get around the city. The rooms were cleaned everyday, the facilities were great & comfy beds! We were hardly in our room as we were out every day exploring and sight seeing so for what we used, it was great! We had breakfast included, basic breakfast, cold meats yoghurt fruit coffe ect, but did the trick! The hotel was around 30/40 min walk to the main attractions. We walked to the places we wanted to see and got a taxi on the way home which was 20 Euro from Trevi Fountain. Plenty of things to see and do on the way to the main places. Great little hotel, would recommend!

If I had to say I would just recommend a touch up in the corridors - bit of painting ect!

Small comfortable and safe hotel with great staff! Corkscrew and wine glasses were kindly provided at the reception. The room was on the first floor, windows to the courtyard with bars and mosquito nets (it was cool to sleep on a hot day, which was great) additional costs: breakfast for 7 euros per person (standard Italian breakfast with croissants and other pastries), tax 4 euros per person (we knew about it in advance, the information is indicated on the website). The room is modest (we took economy) with a small refrigerator, but clean! Plumbing in excellent condition. Location - you need a good walk to the center, you need to take this into account) In the evening, the area is calm and quiet.

I would update the walls a little with paint, there are small stains from humidity.
