The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful! All our requests were administered perfectly, with great service and enthusiasm. The food was very delicious and great value for the amount and quality compared to the low prices. The staff provided all kinds of helpful information about how to get around the area as well, which would be great for travelers without a car.

The location is really nice, on walking distance from the centre of the village, on a small hill overlooking the mountains. The parking places were good and in front of the hotel. The hotel had a outdoor terrace where we had a drink. The restaurant looked traditional and cozy. We liked the authentic architectioral elements on the outside. The waiter in the restaurant was professional. He tended the restaurant well and spoke English and German. The breakfast was basic but okay.

The room was okay but the design was poor and basic. With a little bit more care it would have matched the hotel better. We booked with breakfast and dinner but the dinner was very cheap and simple. Next time we order a la carte!

The guy on receptioon who handled also serving of food was one of the best I ever met in his possition.

Great location, good food, child-friendly, and snow-sure! The hotel staff were super friendly with the sauna area and aquapark nearby leaving nothing to be desired! We would love to come back we are happy with our choice!!!

Breakfast was good, room was clean and met expectations at this price point. Central location was very good. parking was easy too. Very friendly staff - who spoke both German and English.

The setting was very pretty. The breakfast was good as well as the dinner we had in the dining room. It was a ski lodge and we visited in the off season so it was very quiet.

Very good location, cozy and calm. Perfect place for hiking and biking. Good food in decent prices.

Coffee good . A good variety of options . Staff attentive. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming when we arrived and dealt quickly and efficiently with any problems. Beautiful 18th centuary building with views.

It is very close to the bus station but due to the steep incline we had to do a loop around. Thats not a criticism of the hotel' Reception closes at 8pm. which could be a problem but wasnt for us
