We liked the cleanliness of the inside of the room and the amenities. It was spacious and accommodating for our anniversary getaway. The staff and other guests that we encountered were very pleasant. The pool area was nice and well maintained. Despite the things we didn't like, we had a wonderful time.

When booking this hotel, there are pictures of the courtyard with seating and a fire pit. During our stay, everything was still covered. When we asked when the area is available we were told it's up to the discretion of management. Michigan has unpredictable weather patterns, but it was a beautiful day to sit close to the fire pit. One of the televisions in our room was inoperable. The vent in the bedroom was loud when the heat was on. The furniture and railing on the balcony needed to be cleaned off before we were able to sit outside.

We didn't get the breakfast inclusion but we did eat there. Reasonable prices for eggs and bacon. The hotel was literally 7 minutes from my son's house. We were there for the graduation party and knew better than to stay with them (the party was at there house and went on till 2 am) so we ubered back to the hotel and it was a nice quiet night

An inclusion for breakfast. Maybe coffee and a bagel for the economy people? Otherwise it was 👍

Loved the decor and amenities. Great location. Staff was polite and knowledgeable when asked for help. Included breakfast was surprisingly good. Being able to get starbucks on site was a great bonus.

Only think I didn't like is not having some type of seating on balcony. Also the ice machine was extremely far from our room. So was the elevator but taking the stairs wasn't so bad since there were only a few.

the property was beautiful. the courtyard was well kept and the seating was cute. every area was clean and welcoming from our room to the lobby seating, outdoor seating, fitness center, the cafe. it was wonderful. and the staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I also enjoyed being able to include my breakfast and choose what I wanted

I wish my balcony had seating. I seen several of the lower level patios had chairs. and I really wish my balcony had them and maybe a small table. would have made a nice spot for morning coffee.

Always a great stay at this location. Staff friendly and helpful. Room always clean.

A couple minor hiccups on this stay was not being able to connect with the internet on the TV and the drain in the shower being clogged up with hair from previous guest causing the water to drain super slow.

Loved the outside courtyard. The little store was nice too but pretty expensive.

That the breakfast wasn’t complimentary. Ordered a medium cup of coffee & it was $5.00. Kind of over priced. But the Bistro area was nice & the ladies working the counter were very friendly!!

Staff during all shifts were incredibly friendly and helpful.

USB outlets are needed for charging devices. Most hotels have these and so I did not bring an adapter. Had to go to the local At&T store to purchase for $100. :(

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel staff were very friendly and quickly responded to our request for an extra blanket for the pull out sofa. The pool and Jacuzzi were great for unwinding after a long drive. Everything was very clean. I will continue to look for the Bonvoy experience in future travels.

The hotel was renovated with new carpeting and furniture. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was decent in that it offered hot eggs and fruit. Coffee was excellent (YAY!) Location was very close to the major highways, restaurants and shopping areas.

The area is very industrial and a bit deserted on the weekends. It is completely safe but can look a bit deserted. It took a long time for breakfast as each meal had to be specially ordered and prepared. The menu was a bit limiting (but I think that was due to COVID).

The Starbucks in the lobby was so amazing ! 🥰 and the woman at the front desk even offered to make me a drink when it was closed. All the staff was really nice too.

Really needs thicker pillows on the bed. Also the elevator was kind of scary.
