Conveniently located hotel with a short walk to restaurants. Breakfast was great with many options. The outside garden area was wonderful to have a nice breakfast and cappuccinos! We booked this hotel as we were flying out of Malpensa early the next morning. Perfect location, the town of Borgomanero is quaint...will stay here again!

There was a heatwave in Italy and although there was air conditioning in the room, it took awhile for the room to cool as it wasn't powerful enough.

The location was good, the place was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was nice, and the owner really helpful!

The only thing that could have been better was the bed, as it was two single mattresses as opposed to one double bed. Everything else was wonderful!

The location was really good, near the centre. The hotel rooms were really nice and cute. The breakfast was very nice with fresh stuff every day. We loved the pistacchio cream.

We could have wanted to have eggs but there were only the first day. However, we are sure that if we had asked, there would have been for sure.

The owner was a lovely man, very polite and accommodating, the breakfast was typical Italian so no complaints there. the outdoor area was lovely and relaxing, a great place for breakfast and a few beers in the evening. A ten minute walk in to the town center.

Clean, comfortable bedroom with a mini fridge, kettle and complimentary teabags and coffee sachets. Breakfast is simple yet very good, with gluten free options. No private parking space, but there are some parking spots on the street and also nearby at the Penny supermarket parking lot. Fantastic staff.

The receptionist (he did everything around the hotel) was 11/10, amazing service! Rooms were nice, clean, with everything you can need in a hotel. Breakfast was with a lot of options and very tasty. The same man who was the best made us tasty coffee. Parking is nearby in mall for free at night and 120min daytime

We only stayed for one night, the room and the bathroom were extremely clean. There was no AC but the room was equipped with a fan which helped during the night. We found parking easily and the city center is not far away. The owner was very nice and the check in went smoothly. Overall the hotel seemed quite modern. We took the breakfast outside in a small court, which was really lovely and the breakfast selection was also nice.
