I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the fantastic experience I had during my stay. Graham and Anne are simply wonderful hosts; their meticulous attention to detail truly made a difference in making me feel exceptionally welcome. They consistently went the extra mile to accommodate my needs. I was working nights, and although the check-in time was set for 3 in the afternoon, Graham kindly arranged for me to check in early. This flexibility was greatly appreciated. Additionally, the cooked breakfast was absolutely fantastic and offered tremendous value for money. The location is also superb, adding to the overall great experience. Thank you once again for the warm hospitality.

Everything! Graham and Anne were the perfect hosts - warm and receptive. This has been one of my best B&B experiences. It totally felt like being back at home with my folks. Breakfast was delicious, and Graham would come to my room at 0630am to wake me up every morning. The bedroom and bed were very comfy, just like being on my own bed at home. Lots of books to pore through, if you've got the time. The location was just perfect. I didn't want to stay in London, and Dartford was the perfect city. It is about 35 mins away from London Charing Cross Station by train. City Centre is lively, about 20 mins walk from the accommodation, with options of restaurants to pick from. I even found a Nigerian restaurant! It was a rare find, and I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who doesn't want the hassle of living in London and doesn't mind the commute. Also, if you're just looking for a small quiet city, where you can relax and take quiet evening walks, then this accommodation totally is it!

This is a wonderful place to stay! On arrival, I was greeted warmly and shown to the room. Graham gave me a full run down of the room and house and made recommendations for good places to visit and eat around town. The room was beautifully set up, and complimentary biscuits and milk for tea were provided. The room had a lovely view of the yard to the rear of the property, and the bed was so comfortable I fell asleep promptly after a long day of travel. After showing me the room, Graham politely asked me what I'd like for breakfast and gave me plenty of space to get settled in. In the morning, after freshening up in the house's beautiful bathroom, I was presented with a delicious English breakfast, and at my encouragement, Graham sat down for a chat over while I ate. Within a few minutes, I was learning all about Graham's interesting life. This location is what I would imagine to be the finest of English hospitality in the countryside.

I should have stayed longer.

The hosts were really friendly and accommodating, even when I turned up 2 hours earlier than my recommended arrival time. As you'd expect for £57 the room was basic but comfortable and I had a really good nights sleep. Had a desk in the room so ideal if you're stopping away for work. Breakfast was exceptional, I sat enjoying it looking out over their garden which was a lovely touch. Good location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

The breakfast was at a good value and a good selection of food.

I could not fault anything. I would recommend the family home with a good review. The couple were have nice made you feel like their family xx

Mr Graham was very very warm and welcoming. Great breakfast, indeed I felt home. Very clean environment, calm and a great place to stay. Always check to make sure I was okay. Gave me tips on how to find my way around. Very clean bath room, infact superb 👌 👍 👏

Everything was great. I enjoyed my stay.

I had porridge for breakfast and it was really nice with bananas and sugar on top. Bed was really comfortable and cozy. Had a good night's sleep. Would go there again if I'm ever watching another rock tribute band at the Orchard West theatre in Dartford

Super stay. Wonderful friendly hosts. Its 20 minutes walk from Dartford station with easy connections to Elizabeth Line. Exceptional value for money. I wanted for nothing. List of all the local eateries supplied with a map. Highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the amazing cooked breakfast. Set me up for the day.

An excellent more traditional type of accommodation compared to hotels. Graham is very personable, organised, and flexible.I was coming from a wedding; he stayed up to welcome me at 12:20 am, when I would have been happy with access via a keysafe. Breakfast timing and content is pretty much whatever you want, was ready for me on time, and was ample quantity. Parking available outside his back garden gate was useful for me. The bedroom was quiet and comfortable, with the usual "trimmings". Incredibly good value. the Swanley Premier Inn cost twice as much, the Rowhill Grange Hotel Complex, (where the wedding took place), was over four times as pricey. Stay in Rowhill if you seek 5* luxury. I just needed sleep and food!

Decor is a little dated. I liked it; some may not. I only mention this because I cannot find any real fault or negative with this b&b.

Booked largely on the breakfast photos in previous reviews. It definitely didn't disappoint! Lovely hosts and a clean comfortable room. Bonus points for the desk. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
