Everything was very good.We stayed for 6 nights and we had an attraction all the time , Spa ,tennis court , swiming pool , food good and never the same , black sea next to , outside bar with friendly bartender -zhenia. The hotel is super huge and sumptuous ,yes sometimes it seems too much and look funny like gipsy baron villa, but with time you get used to it😁😁.Room was cleaned every day .The administration takes care of you very well , communicates with us not as a client but as a friend .thanks for great time! ☺️

Middle class people who act like rock stars 😁😁 all the time unhappy , ugly and they act like they own the hotel😅 off course this is not the hotel problem , but i just say what did not like it to me .

It is a really nice hotel, very big rooms, amazing location you are in the forest but at the same time at the beach. food was amazing big variety, very close to the beach, the bar provides variety of drinks and coctails

There was a smell of sewage in the room which was very bad. Outdoor areas for instance some water fountains were not working, the water slide which you also can use was badly maintain and only 4 slides were working. The path walking to the beach was not maintained but this was part bit of the hotel of the complex

I recently had the pleasure of staying Royal Castle design &spa hotel and I must say, everything about my experience was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The attention to detail in the hotel's design was evident throughout, from the tasteful decor to the beautiful artwork adorning the walls. My room was nothing short of perfection. It was spacious, clean, and exquisitely furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with a restful night's sleep. The room also boasted breathtaking views of the sea , which added an extra touch of magic to my stay. The hotel's dining options were equally impressive. The breakfast buffet offered an extensive selection of delicious dishes, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. The quality of the food was exceptional, with fresh ingredients and expertly prepared meals. The hotel's facilities were also exceptional. The food was very good.

Very good studio room, excellent interior in lobby and near pool and great pool seating. Large local alco variety.

Only thing, that food variety was little smaller than hoped, but empty plates were replaced fast and no ques, no lines and 4stars for food.

The hotel is a part of a complex, and at a rough estimation, it is a several hundred million euros investment (for the entire complex). The Castle is the only 5-star hotel in the complex, I was in the other hotels, and the 4-star hotel is way below four stars in cleanliness. The castle was great from several points of view: ZERO: They really measure right the distance to the sea (roughly 350 m) but you have little shuttle cars to drive you back and forth (the hotel is located on a hill) 1. The staff was very helpful and extremely friendly. Especially the managers. Really impressed even for five stars. The cleaning staff clearly is below five stars and the cleaning standards as well. So the management really needs to introduce some better standards in that area. 2. The food was very good. And plenty of choices (as I saw) for vegetarians. 3. Facilities were in good shape. 4. Sauna and the indoor pool were very nice when the outdoor weather was not good (one day) 5. Again, and I cannot state this enough, clearly overworked staff, tired BUT (at least for my family and me) always with a smile on their faces. Thank you!

The cleaning team has to be better. You have a jewel and you ruin it with the cleaning. Thankfully there was so many other things I can list as positives.

Everything was perfect. The hotel inside is very luxurious.... Room is very clean, comfortable and luxurious.....All staff is very friendly.....The food is is delicious and versatile......

They made us an upgrade so thank you for that, the room is very big, good food, impressive hallway, it wasn't so crowded, we liked also the indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi.
