The parking was alright, as long as you have a booked room, u have a place to leave your car safely. It's situated behind the hotel with a very narrow access way. The "parking lot" was small, pretty hard to maneuver through it. I came with a 2010 passat B6, I didnt have much room to work with but I managed. Bigger cars will NOT fit, especially a wider one. The hotel is situated at cca. 500m from the beach, in a quiet place, far from any night clubs or busy roads. The pool was nice, warm and with a maximum depth of 1.6m, smaller in size than other pools, can't really swim in it, even if it is empty. The room was amazing, from the cleaning to the AC and bed sheets. The only problem was the minifridge, it was weak, it doesnt hold ice, barely cools off your drink.

I wasn't really looking forward to the breakfast as the hotel served us with pre made platters, unable to choose from a variety of foods as I initially thought. At check in I was given 5 cards (one for each booked night) that would serve as a proof that you actually paid for the breakfast, each morning you would "trade" a card for the food. The card had 5 breakfast options, English, European and some other choices that seemed poor, which i didnt go for. The food itself was good, but it lacked diversity and quantity. I'd say that for most people, the food portions would not suffice.

We almost like everything. The hotel is located 7-10 minutes away from the sea, 20-25 minutes away from the center by walk. It's owners are respectful, hotel is clean, food and beverages are good and overall it's decent for it's price. Their employees are also respectful, cute and some of them speaks English quite well. By the way don't forget to speak with their parrot Reya, she is going to like you and speak with you if you talk with her ;) the hotel owners (a lovely couple) definitely doing their best to keep their business well enough, you can see them anywhere anytime around the hotel :) ty guys.

We booked for a week's family holiday in the penthouse two bedroom. We are every night at the hotel as the food was fantastic and very well priced, never paid more than around £30 for a meal with soft drinks. The staff were very friendly and nice and nothing was too much trouble, on the last day they even let us store our bags inside the reception. Would return and recommend this place for an easy going nice family holiday

Nothing not to like

It was the perfect location for a holiday with children. There is a playground in the back and they also have a children's pool. The beach can be reached in no more than 10 minutes, and there are bus stops nearby in case you want to visit more distant beaches.

We could choose from 4 options:English breakfast/European breakfast/Omlette as we like /Ham&CheeseToast. Plus 2 type of fruit Juice Coffee Tea. We were full after every breakfast. The hotel has the own restaurant and bar. Foods and cocktails are delicious. Thr staff was kind and helpful . We could play biliard In the backyard there was a small playground for children with trambulin. The pool was okay also so we could relax in the side of it. The hotel has a talking parrot Rea. The hotel itself is appr 8 minutes walk from the beach.

I could not tell any bad thing.

Our vacation was wonderful! The hotel is in a great location, a few minutes to the promenade and beach. Plus the pool and sun loungers at the hotel. Room was cleaned every day, and we have new towels on each second day. Really great service - people in the hotel and restaurant were very nice. Highly recommend the food in the restaurant - large and very tasty portions l, and competitive prices! Our stay was amazing and we will definitely recommend this hotel!

Very central and close to alot of things we wanted to do. Lovely staff and very clean.

My bed was too hard and we didn't realise it was a party location so was loud most nights till 3 but to no fault of the hotel.

The whole experience of my 12 night stay was excellent, Daniela, Steve, are excellent hosts & the family of staff , speak very good English & we’re well trained, & very efficient

Nice location, good breakfast, absolutely amazing staff... I could compare with other places in Sunny Beach... Therefore once again... AMAZING STAFF. And parking.

Little outdating facilities, and this place is not perfect for family holiday... The pub belonging to the hotel is little noisy on the evening.

Nice hotel,good breakfast,not to far of the beach,very good food at the restaurant,close to bus station.Anyway we had a very nice holiday.
