Exceptional value, the room was huge, spacious, and a nice view. The hotel is brand new, so it's squeaky clean. The shower was heavenly. The beds and cotton linens very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty and their guest service skills were excellent. They even lent me a vacuum cleaner to clean my car right at the front door! Now that is a good example of top guest service.

No complaints at all on this one. Only praise. You'll love walking around the little town, the hotel is located right next to a historical walking trail.

The staff at the hotel was super helpful and nice. The rooms are very big and spacious and the beds are comfortable. They have a vending machine where you can buy some drinks and snacks and a comfortable seating area in the lobby to hang out with friends. Swimming pool looked great as well, but it being November we didn't try it out!

Unfortunately as the hotel was fully booked the day before we arrived they had run out of some items for breakfast (croissants) we were really looking forward to that, but than again we were visiting off-season so that can happen.

Loved our outside patio space. Peaceful with great views. Appreciated the hotels proximity to the river and park. Makes for a wonderful walk after a day traveling. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent cuisine options in the restaurant. Hotel staff were welcoming & professional. All in all… a great place to stay.

Having more than 2 electric bikes might be considered.

The reception ladies were lovely and really helpful. One of the ladies Sunday booked a boat trip for us Monday afternoon

I booked the hotel knowing they had a restaurant so was not very happy when it got to 7.15 pm Sunday to find out the restaurant was not open that night or Monday night. It would be helpful if it was put on the hotel information so people would know in advance

View from our room was stunning, overlooking the river, village and hills. The room was modern and very comfortable with a balcony. Everything we needed was present.

We had room 109 but I noticed that there was a small window within the shower in our bathroom. This overlooked the veranda of room 107 therefore privacy can be compromised. The restaurant lacked atmosphere although the food was excellent. A little background music perhaps.

We stayed for 1 night but I wish we could have stayed another night. The area is very relaxing and beautifull. The hotel is very, very new! The personnel is very friendly, the room is very comfortable and clean. Nice pool area with great views. The food in the restaurant is tasty and they have a vegan/vegetarian option on the menu. They have local wines. Breakfast buffet is also very nice, not so much vegan options but they have soya Milk, Juice, nice coffee, nice bread and marmelade. For non vegans they have local cheeses, scrambled eggs and bacon and sweet pastries.

The hotel is very New and bright, if you are looking for a romantic stay maybe not what you are after but again very clean and comfortable with very friendly personnel.

No evening meal Sunday or Monday night which was disappointing as I booked the hotel because they had the restaurant and it should say available only Tuesday to Saturday night.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The area is nice is beautiful. Big, spacious and clean room. Comfy beds. Beautiful pool area. New and modern facilities. Free parking! We stayed there for one night on our way to Spain but we would like to comeback for a longer stay!

Breakfast could have vegetables - tomatoes or cucumber.

Such an excellent stay! The room was extremely comfortable and had an amazing bed. The staff was so friendly and even provided me with some lovely gluten free breakfast on my request. Everything about this place was great.

The only thing that I missed was a kettle in the room to make some tea in the evening. Otherwise there was nothing I didn't like.

An Fantastic location for resting, the ladies at the reception were amazing. I will go back in the future.

The hotel is new, probably is the reason did not have a filtered coffee. However it does not mean that I didn’t like or enjoyed my stay is just my point of view the hotel it is new. Filtered coffee and hot milk is always delicious in Portugal.
