The breakfast was tasty and I appreciated the option to prepare it myself in the room. Unfortunately, I did not read the details about the breakfast until late the night I arrived so I was not able to request to eat downstairs. I didn't mind preparing it myself though. The choice of items was good but I hope the unused/unopened food did not go to waste. It would be nice to receive a short menu of possible breakfast items the day before so visitors can indicate what items they would like to have in their box. This way, no food is wasted. :)

Excellent accomodation and rooms. Great service and local advice. Clean and functional installations. Cozy. Nice breakfast. Very central location with easy access throughout the city. Walking distance from central square, best restaurants and train and bus stations. Strategic location on Portugal's interior hinterland, ideal stop for land travel between central European locations and localities in central and southern mainland Portugal, with excellent connections to Lisbon and other Portuguese cities.

Modern with good design. Comfortable bed, huge DIY breakfast makings delivered everyday, and warm fresh bread each morning.

TV was mounted on a wall where you could not view it from the bed and the folding wooden chairs are not comfortable, so there is no way to watch TV easily. This is a easy fix and has been commented on before, so I am surprised it has not been fixed. It is the only real blemish to this place.

We liked everything. Arrival was very slick, no check-in just enter the codes provided and enter the apartment. The entrance area and lift were scrupulously clean, tidy and well lit. Our apartment was on the third floor and was an attic conversion. It was very well designed and had absolutely everything you could need. The fridge was well stocked for breakfast the following morning and this was restocked throughout our stay. Fresh bread was left every morning in a bag outside our door. Full marks for a wonderful experience.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

The property is very well appointed and comfortable. We stayed at apartment 12 and it even had two toilets, one complete with window to the outside and one social. The beds and pillows were extremely good.

It is not in the town centre, although also not far, but has no good coffee shops or eating places nearby. The shower albeit very good takes a bit of time to decipher

Really good DIY breakfast with all ingredients provided, including fresh bread rolls delivered in the morning, and a kitchenette with all you need. Easy to find, easy check in and check out. Free parking on the street. We were 4 people sharing and it was tight, but felt cozy rather than cramped. A very good deal at the price.

Take care when first using the shower or it will spray water everywhere!

we loved the breakfast in a box that we could prepare for ourselves. we loved the fresh buns that were hung on our door in the morning, but we didn’t know about them until we opened the door when we were leaving! we took the buns with us to eat later. we loved the comfy bed and the shower. the apartment is very well appointed.

The TV is impossible to watch from the bed and it’s not comfortable to sit on the flimsy little wooden chairs to watch it. It would be perfect if the TV were on a swivel bracket.

We have stayed on a number of occasions and the property meets our needs completely. Everything is very clean and the entry system works well. I am sure we will be back.

The price has risen significantly since our previous visits but this may be because of summer prices.

Beautifully studio room fitted out to the very highest standards. Excellent breakfast hamper provided in the fridge including quality ingredients such as fresh yoghurt, eggs, cheese and breakfast meats. High quality coffee machine.

It seems to be a residential block without the greatest soundproofing. No advance option to book a vegetarian breakfast if that is your preference suggest you add as a special request on booking. Shower lighting and hot water a little confusing but not an issue once you work it out.

Nice a good large house, thanks for providing illy coffee I was surprised when I see that.. congratulations, I have spoken with one lady who did the cleaning and she was very kind. Probably I will return next year
