The breakfast was very good! The cleanliness of the room and instalations. The location is very convenient when travelling by car or motorbike as it is near Covilhã (less than 4,0 km).

I didn´t like using my identity card in a card reader without my permission. When I noticed it was already done and it was too late. It was an abuse. The identity card it to be exhibit to identify the person. It is not to be read by any electronic means without asking permission to in advance. If I was asked in advance I would not permit it!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Terrace Serra in Covilha. The rooms are modern, spacious, and filled with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. What really stood out was the warm, personal touch provided by the friendly hostess, who was always around to assist..

For me the breakfast was a bit basic.

Wonderful stay from arrival to departure. I was travelling by motorcycle, easy to park right outside and locked at night. Warm welcome by lovely hosts. My room was excellent, such a comfortable bed. Ate in the restaraunts for evening meal (very good) and breakfast also very good. I can’t fault this place in any way, book now! It is a “stand alone” hotel but close to Covhilla and the wonderful Estrela mountains

The staff is helpful, smiling, and serving as needed. The room is renovated, big and comfortable (but the building from the outside needs the same "face lift".) Breakfast is great, served with a smile.

Having dinner at the restaurant is a little expensive

Terrace Serra was a lovely place to have a break during my journey. Staff is super friendly, everything is nice and clean, location is great, close to the motorway and super quiet. Food is also amazing. I strongly recommend Terrace Serra.

A great stay, you would not believe how good can a night stay be. Newly furnished room very clean and spacious. The staff were very polite and helpful, and finally, a delicious breakfast served with a good atmosphere.

We stayed at this hotel en route from the ferry port at Santander to Portugal. It therefore suited us perfectly that it is located very close to the motorway junction. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, and dinner in the restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. We were the only guests at both the hotel and the restaurant, and consequently we were very well looked after, and had a very good bespoke breakfast which we had ordered when we arrived.

We found it bizarre that the facilities in the room seemed to be based on only one guest occupancy, eg one bath towel, one hand towel, one water glass, one wine glass, one small bottle of water.

Accommodation was lovely. Isabel was very welcoming and helpful. Even taking our wine to our room.

There was nothing to dislike

good location, good parking choices if you are driving. gal at desk booked us a treatment at spa, which was very nice of her to do.
