The location is good, close to everything! But there is a bit of noise from the busy road in front. The staff is really nice, everyone was very helpful and happy to help whenever needed. Despite the pool being shared with external guests for classes, I found the pool and outdoor area quite pleasant.

WiFi connection was very poor! I needed to follow some online classes at specific times and it was difficult! Staff did a router reset with no improvement. Really weak and poor for such a hotel... I expected the hotel to be more attractive overall. It is quite outdated, with the exception of the brrakfast/eating lounge that seems like it was the area with a most recent uplift. My room was rather small and outaded too although it served it's purpose.

We went as a weekend getaway with friends to relax and enjoy the mountains and spa facilities from the hotel. The breakfast was good, I do recommend the mini donuts, which were fabulous!. We got some extra services from the spa itself (a massage and a facial), and the team was super professional and friendly, the pool was a bit crowded on saturday morning due to classes for kids but on sunday it was empty and nice.

The only thing that left us a bit disappointed was that the room from the pictures was bigger and better equipped than the one we got. But we also understand since the hotel was at full capacity and running events during our stay. Even with all the people around the place, it never felt crowded or overwhelming.

Good hotel in nice location. A bit outdated, but decent. Good breakfast, especially pancake machine. Not enough greens for salad. Nice eucalyptus smell in hamam sauna.

The swimming pool not designed well. No special and safe area for small kids. No underwater ledger on perimeter. Too deep. Water not warm enough. Too much noise because of open classes for kids and seniors swimming classes. Saunas located too far from swimming pool on another level A lot of noise because of publicly accessible gym.

This hotel was a surprise. We were looking for a chilled weekend to refresh and recharge and that's what we got. The breakfast was good with many options to choose from. Bedroom was big and the bed very comfortable. The facilities were clean and modern and we enjoyed the Pool and Spa areas, all included with no extra fee, as well as Gym and Parking too so.. Cool! Staff was friendly and welcoming!

I would like to see the Gym area being either expanded in area or reduced on the amount of machines because it was a very small space for everything that was in there. The pool boundaries area need some fixing, some stuff came off, not a big concern tough. The parking area was good to have since it was hot outside during our stay, however it was quite dark, dusty and not matching the awesome interior of the hotel. It kinda needs to be addressed to match the modern look of the overall facility.

Great hotel, excellent choice for breakfast. 5 minutes from shopping centre

The bar wasn't manned, was told it was open daily from midday however, had to ring the bell or ask reception to locate the staff who also worked in the restaurant. Also some days no one was available till 3pm to serve on bar

Our room was large with a great view! The gym was large and complete with a personal trainer on hand to help with machines. Easy access by car to the hotel which is well located for daytrips around the area.

The pool was full of children from outside the hotel from 9:30-11:30am and 5-8:30pm. We only used it once and it was very crowded. The hotwl recwption gave us incomplète information regarding gym hours as it closed at 7pm on Saturday and we were told it would be open until 10pm every day.

Easy to access location. Exceptionally clean with silent and effective air conditioning in the 37deg temps we were in. Facilities were great and staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was good in the hotel, and at a fair price, so no need to travel up into town. Breakfast was a huge array of everything you could want. Would definitely come back here

It was a one night stay with the family. We arrived late in the night and everything was ready with no fault at all. Very nice spacious room with comfortable beds and linens and two types of pillows. Excellent water pressure (top floor). Excellent continental breakfast, with fabulous local products included. Super smooth check-in and check-out; both shifts desk personal were super friendly. Excellent parking (indoor and outdoor). We had no time to check other conveniences, but the very well sized indoor pool was being attended really early in the morning by the staff and looked great from the outside (too bad we hadn't had the time to enjoy it).

Located in the cit center. Very clean room and the staff is remarkably polite and helpful. The hotel is really great and the spa, gym and swimming facilities are clean and very nice.

Two things that i personally didn’t like but are not a big deal is the lack of a coffee machine in the room and the fact that you have to prebook the time that u will have breakfast because the restaurant of the hotel is small and does not fit all guests to the restaurant, understandable but the time frame they provide for each time slot is 30minutes only.

This is a great hotel with highest value for money: big room, nice bathroom with bidet, very good breakfast, excellent dinner for a modest price. Yes, Covilha is not a nice town, but you can use this hotel to visit other great places like Monsanto.

There was no safe in the room. The view from the terrace is to a supermarket.
